The Time Capsule features all the modern amenities with the retro nostalgia and flare! It has the comforts of a full kitchen and full bathroom for your use! The private fenced 2 acres yard provides a tranquil setting for outdoor gatherings or simply soaking up the sunshine. Comfortably sleeping 5, and with additional room dining inside, this is the ideal spot for your next vacation.

Front gate must be closed during your stay there is no lock, head to the front left of the property to Under the Stars Glamping at Sahuarita Village. You can't miss the bright white tent! Parking is alongside it. Please do not block driveway.

Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine.

Please be cautious during your drive. Since this is rural there are often people riding horses on horseback and free range cattle that likes to escape. If you are on a dirt road you took a wrong turn. This is residential so observe quiet hours between 8pm -8am.

Although amenities like shopping , restaurants and casino are not far, a car is recommended as Drive Services are less popular at this location.

Leave beds un-made and place towels in washing machine with door open. All clean towels can be found in each bedroom for guests.

House must be broom swept and all perishable items tossed in the outdoor dumpster. If you stay during a trash day please place pails at the street and bring in after pickup.

No vehicles parked in the street overnight.

Loud noise should be limited after the hours of 8pm and before 8am.

Air conditioning should be turned to off checkout (summer bookings)

Heat to be set to off at checkout (winter bookings)

Remove all food, drinks and debris from any shared spaces and do not move or adjust furniture.

Make sure the garage door in game room is closed at all times when not in use.

Ensure all lights are off and windows locked at check out.

Please note: When propane tank is provided guests are required to fill during their stay for use.

Be sure to collect all belongings, any personal items left behind will be discarded after check-out.

Please mind the Arizona Wildlife as it may be beautiful, just not always friendly. If you see a snake in the property call 911 and let them know, the fire department will come and remove it.

Attention dog owners! Dogs must be LEASHED in common areas at all times.
