Enjoy breathtaking mountain views from large patio, primary suite & Arizona room

Enjoy breathtaking views of the Santa Rita Mountains from the spacious backyard patio, primary suite and Arizona room. The patio comes equipped with a gas grill, covered porch with sunshade, comfortable furniture and gas fire pit table to enjoy the sunshine and sunset views. Our single level townhouse is warmly decorated and includes a large living room, primary suite with queen bed and full bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also has a queen bed and full bathroom with walk-in shower.. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the amenities you will need, including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc. A washer and dryer along with all linens, blankets and towels are supplied. Our home has free WiFi and smart TV in the living room with Roku Stick to provide basic channels as well as access to your streaming services. Our townhouse provides access to Green Valley Recreation which offers amazing activities at a number of facilities dispersed throughout the community, most with incredible swimming pools, and a variety of amenities, some within walking distance. These facilities require a tenant pass which we have information on, along with a number of guides and literature for hiking in the area as well as other close by attractions, all included in our guest book.

Lynne's communication with us was very prompt. The place was clean and loved the outdoor area. Was an easy to use keypad for entry. Would stay again if in the area. Found plenty of things to do from hiking to farmers markets, golf and seeing some of the historic places

Lynne's place is one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in. Clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, well stocked with everything we needed for a month long stay. We loved sitting on the patio, soaking up the sun and enjoying the amazing mountain views. We didn't need to contact Lynne during our stay because there weren't any issues, but she responded right away to my questions before we arrived. I highly recommend staying here!

This may be the best vrbo I have ever stayed at. The home is roomy, inviting, charming and meticulously cared for. The furnishings are very comfortable and functional. I immediately felt right at home. The patio offers comfort and incredible views of the surrounding mountains and is amply furnished for dining and relaxing. The covered dining area is especially welcome. When the weather is uncomfortable, simply move into the dining/breakfast room and have the same views from inside. The only problem was that I didn't book a longer stay! I hope to return soon.

This home is a great rental.. new to the VRBO market it doesn’t have many reviews but it is a wonderful place to stay. It was spotless upon check-in, and Lynne was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. It also has stunning views of the mountains.

the place was great other than a very bad urine smell coming from the master bedroom bathroom- the sink drained slow, may me the issue -it was bad!we sprayed a lot and left fans runnung!

The home was updated throughout. It was very clean and had all items needed for an extended stay. One of the better VRBOs we have stayed. Comfortable furniture, soft towels, plenty of hot water, good internet and great views of the Santa Rita mountains. Had no problem streaming our apps.

The property is great. Clean. Quiet neighborhood.Driveway parking. Grocery and drug stores 5 minutes away by car. AC worked great. Well equipped including coffee maker, toaster, outside grill, washer/dryer, Meyers hand soap and even a first aid kit. Beds were firm. Especially enjoyed watching various birds (roadrunners, hummingbirds, quail and hawk) on the back patio under the shade and fan.
