Guests will have access to the entire property and will have self-check in.


Other things to note
★NOISE: This is a quiet neighborhood. Please keep the music/conversation noise down during the daytime and evening.

★QUIET HOURS: After 9 PM at night, please head back in the house. All music, TV, and conversations should be kept to a regular conversation level. Please respect the Quiet Hours, as they are mandated by Sonoma County. Breaking this rule is grounds for ending your stay early with no refund.

★POOL HEATING:
Enjoy our heated pool for relaxation and pleasure during your stay.
Pool heating fee: $250 turn on fee + $150 per day.
Minimum nights requirement: 3 nights.

★Please note that we require at least 24 hours advance notice to heat the pool.

★PETS: Sorry NO pets allowed. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home, there is a fine of $200 per pet or more.

★SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in this home. This will result in a fine of $200 or more.

★Please note: Based on county regulations, no outdoor wood-burning fires are allowed.
