Récemment rénovée, cette maison sur la colline offre une vue sur le vignoble, la montagne et la vallée. La chambre principale donne sur la vallée de la lune avec un accès au jardin sur le toit et au bain à remous où vous pourrez vous imprégner de la vue sur les vignes. Situé entre Sonoma Plaza et Glen Ellen, l'établissement se trouve à proximité des meilleurs restaurants et activités du comté de Sonoma. Cette maison à flanc de colline récemment rénovée est située sur trois niveaux et entièrement décorée avec un nouveau mobilier contemporain. Au centre de tout cela se trouve une cour avec foyer extérieur et mur de verre coulissant qui ouvre la salle à manger / salon.

A Modern Sonoma propose une cuisine gastronomique complète avec barbecue intégré juste à côté des espaces de restauration et de vie. Le niveau inférieur comprend 3 chambres (deux avec lits queen size et une salle de bains Jack & Jill, et la troisième peut être utilisée comme salle multimédia / salle de jeux ou comme chambre à coucher avec un canapé-lit queen-size. Il y a aussi une salle de bain complète supplémentaire à ce niveau.

This was the perfect spot for our group of 3 couples. Everyone had plenty of space and privacy. The home was centrally located and a great base to explore downtown Sonoma, the wineries in Sonoma/Napa and the Sonoma Raceway. Our host Kim provided clear communication in advance of our trip and the check-in process was seamless. Overall, a great property in a great location and highly recommended as a sanctuary for your Sonoma trip.

"A Modern Sonoma House" feels just like a relaxing, modern 5-star hotel. The home boasts spectacular views from its multiple outdoor spaces, which are perfect for meandering through the beautiful property. Inside, the house is meticulously stocked from head to toe—you literally only need to bring a toothbrush and clothes. Everything from the kitchen essentials to the bedding and hotel-quality towels is top-tier. The furnishings and artwork are intentionally curated, and the sound system and TVs are excellent and easy to use. Our stay was exceptionally amazing! Our host, Kim, was highly responsive and incredibly timely both before and after check-in. This will absolutely be my go-to home whenever I return to Sonoma.

The home is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The central location was ideal for our day trips to Healdsburg, St. Helena, and Napa, with all ranging between 30 -45 minutes travel time from the house. The views are priceless and the environment peaceful and serene. The beds and temperature controls allowed for comfortable sleep, the water pressure was excellent, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Everywhere we went the people were friendly. The owner, Kim, was responsive from beginning to end.Highly recommend.

Anna, thanks for your feedback. Just to confirm your comment regarding a door to the primary bathroom, you are correct that between the primary bath and the primary closet the architect felt a door was not required as the entire upper level is dedicated to the primary suite.

We had a wonderful stay at this Sonoma property! The treetop views go on forever and are absolutely stunning. We found ourselves stopping to take them in again and again. The home itself is beautiful, modern and well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is plenty of space to spread out, making it ideal for gathering with friends or family while still feeling relaxed and uncrowded. It’s a great setup for entertaining. The only very minor downside is that sound carries from the primary bathroom/bedroom into other parts of the house, just something to be aware of when traveling with a group. That said, the views and overall experience more than make up for it - we would absolutely stay here again!

This beautiful home is nested in Sonoma Valley with a picturesque overlook, plus tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. There are also a few restaurants in walking distance which was a plus. Lovely layout, decor and views a great place for accessing the best of Sonoma and close to Napa. Super kitchen and great room fantastic for holiday meal prep, dining and socializing with family. Lots of wonderful views from the outdoor spaces.

You can’t possibly get bored in Sonoma! While Sonoma County is most famous for its wineries, it’s also a good place to take in the great outdoors of Northern California. Sonoma County’s mild climate and breathtaking landscape make it an ideal location for experiencing the outdoors from Redwood forest hikes in Armstrong Grove, coastal kayaking at Bodega Bay, or picturesque bike rides through the Valley of the Moon. There are many activities beyond the obvious ones. Want to see the big picture? Soar above the valley in a vintage bi-plane at the Sonoma Valley Airport. Do you have an urge to get behind the wheel of a racecar, try the world class Sonoma Raceway?
If you are not an adrenalin junky maybe an educational vineyard tour is more your speed. There is no lack of options when is comes to wine and food. You could consider a cooking or even cheese making class if that is how you want to expand your horizons? But if the big view is what you are looking for, hikers will appreciate the many trails up into the hills where you are rewarded with spectacular views all the way to the Golden Gate Bridge. Or, dig into book you’ve been meaning to read and cozy up by the fire and enjoy our view across the Valley of the Moon.
Whatever you end up doing be it wine, food, and other fun activities, book a long weekend or go ahead and book A Modern Sonoma for a full week!
