The space
This home has all of the updates you could ask for. The plush king-size bed, full-size bed, queen bed, comfy reading space, fully equipped kitchen electric stove all new kitchen essentials, and private laundry were all designed and chosen to ensure your comfort while relaxing during your stay. The home also has a fenced-in backyard as well as an outdoor seating area perfect for entertaining or relaxing!

Parking
The home has driveway parking as well as an extra lot for additional parking. The extra lot can fit 2 bass boats attached to trucks, a U-Haul truck comfortably, or anything else you may want to park.

Guest access
The home can be accessed through the backyard gate located by the driveway. There is a private walkway that will lead you to the back door with a keypad. There is also free on-street parking as well.

Besides asking that you treat our beautiful home your own, we ask you to follow these basic house rules:
- Absolutely NO PARTIES!
-No smoking anywhere inside the home! Outside areas for smoking.
-Pets welcome! But must be included in your booking! If a pet is unauthorized VRBO will be contacted and a pet fee sent.
-No unauthorized guests/occupants/visitors other than those pre-arranged and approved with the host via VRBO
-Garage not accessible
-No illegal substances or activities
-Please report damage or problems with the home immediately
-**While the home is not child-proofed, children are welcome and DO count as guests. Be sure to include children in your guest count. (Total occupants to not exceed 6)
