Step inside and you'll immediately feel at home in the bright, spacious great room, featuring soaring vaulted knotty-pine ceilings and a dramatic wall of windows overlooking the pond. The open-concept layout makes it easy for everyone to stay connected, whether you're cooking, playing games, relaxing by the fireplace, or enjoying time together.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a large granite island with plenty of room for meal prep, morning coffee, and gathering with family and friends.

The main level features:

Primary suite: King bed and private full bathroom
Second bedroom: Queen bed with adjacent full bathroom
Loft: Two futons plus a full-size/twin bunk bed

The walk-out lower level gives everyone additional space and privacy:

The lower-level recreation room is the perfect hangout space, with a stone fireplace, flat-screen HDTV, pull-out queen sofa, games, and direct access to the patio and pond.

One of the things that makes this property truly special is the private, clean, sand-bottom 1/3-acre pond just outside your door.

Start the morning with coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise over the water. During the day, kids can swim, fish, chase frogs, and spend hours playing on the Otter Island swim raft while adults relax nearby.

The pond is stocked with bluegill, black crappie, and largemouth bass, making it a fun spot for catch-and-release fishing.

And there's plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors without ever feeling crowded.

Three Acres of Nature

Surrounded by three wooded acres of pines, the property feels private and peaceful while still being close to everything Castle Rock Lake has to offer.

Wildlife sightings are common—you may see deer, wild turkeys, owls, and other native wildlife throughout your stay.

A nearby public lakeside trail offers a beautiful opportunity for a morning walk, evening stroll, or scenic views along the shoreline of Castle Rock Lake.

The recreation room is a favorite gathering spot, especially on rainy days, with games, a stone fireplace, comfortable seating, and easy access to the patio.
