Private third floor 1000 SQFT apartment which was restored and completed in May of 2024 This house is over 100 years old. You have the entire 3rd floor apartment. This home is owner occupied. Walking distance to downtown Salem as well as the Train if you wanted to head into Boston for the Day. Experience what Salem has to offer with a stay at our apartment. Whether you're exploring the historic sites, enjoying the local cuisine, or simply relaxing in the charming atmosphere, this is the perfect home base for your Salem adventure. Everything is within a 10 minute walk.

3 Guests max (there is a futon).

This space offers 1 bedroom with a queen bed plus a full sized futon. We also offer a queen size air mattress.

The space offers a fully equipped kitchen including a 4 burner gas stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee machine. Kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, plates, glasses, silverware.

Guests have their own personally created codes for access to the exterior door to the home and the interior door of the apartment

There is an iron and ironing board. Shower products are offered as well as make-up wipes, hair dryer, bottled water and vanity to do your hair or makeup

We do not leave you a to do list at the end of your stay, we want you to enjoy your stay.

Our home does not meet the criteria for toddlers or babies, it is not baby-child proofed.

We always strive to get you in way before check-in time of 4:00, I will reach out the morning of your arrival with the time.

What a perfectly picturesque and comfortable stay. My daughter and I had the loveliest time together, made possible by the ease of checking in (early!) and out and the deep relaxation that comes with that trifecta of charm, cleanliness, and a felt sense of safety. Couldn't recommend this property more and we will most certainly book again if and when the time is right. Thank you!

The unit is so much bigger than what it looks like online. It is a beautiful home and such cozy furnishings. Well stocked with everything you need and close safe easy walking to Salem Common.

Wonderful property and comfortable, cozy and very clean. Perfect kitchen amenities and full size fridge and freezer. Very happy to have a full length mirror to dress for a wedding. Enjoyed the proximity to all Salem has to offer. Looking forward to a return visit hopefully even closer to Halloween festivities!

Very cute and well laid out apartment. Walking around the neighborhood gave you a real New England feel. There were many nice touches in the apt such as keurig coffee , tea, water bottles and make up remover wipes. The stairs up to the apt are somewhat steep but also that is part of the character . I would stay here again!

This was a great stay at a great place. The hosts’ space was cozy and more spacious than the pictures shiow. It was a short drive/walk from all the good stuff in downtown Salem. Would definitely stay here again when we’re in town again.

We spent a few very comfortable days here while we were visiting friends and family in the area. We had everything we needed and more! The pictures just don't do it justice. The house is gorgeous, and very clean. We had everything we needed, and more. We were able to park in the driveway when we got there, and didn't have to move again until we left, everything was in walking distance. The location of the house itself was on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The host was pleasant, and check in/out went smoothly. Would definitely recommend staying here, and plan too again our next trip.

Wonderful stay for my daughter and I

My daughter and I had a weekend stay at this lovely apartment. It was incredibly clean, they were meticulous with making sure we had anything we needed, and the comforts shown. The hosts were there if we needed anything and responded immediately. We loved this place! When we return we plan to stay here again.

Short walk to old town Salem, food nearby, very responsive host, easy check in and easy parking. This place has it all! Extremely quaint but has all modern amenities. We felt very welcomed and we highly recommend this property! Be aware there are stairs but that’s super common in all older homes in New England.

This was in a nice quiet neighborhood area in Salem. Still walkable to all the downtown shops and restaurants. The apartment is way bigger than it looked in the pictures and we felt very comfortable as soon as we checked in. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Salem.

What a wonderful place for a Salem and surrounding areas getaway. The apartment was just as listed...newly renovated with a great kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping spaces. As others have mentioned, it's a much larger space than their photos would have you believe. And, our host Sue gave us great recommendations for places in the area for lunches and dinners. If our travels bring us back to Salem area, we'll be sure to stay there again!

Wonderfully Quaint & Comfortable

This little apartment is actually quite spacious and provides all of the comforts you could need. It is located in a great part of town with an easy walk into Salem. The property manager was very quick to respond and provided all of the info we needed prior to arrival. We would happily stay here again if we found ourselves returning to Salem in the future

I have stayed at many properties and I can truly say this one tops them all… Super clean and and the cutest neighborhood… We walked to all of the downtown hotspot locations and it is super close to a couple of breakfast stops as well as a gas station and a local liquor store… The host definitely paid attention to every detail of this day, including the snack bags of chips that came in handy after late nights… The area is very peaceful and we were able to communicate with the host effortlessly through text messages… I cannot wait for this property to open up again for next year‘s fall season because we would book it again right now we enjoyed it that much…
