Welcome to Lei Lani Village - Come relax at this beautiful condo located on Ole River with PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS just across the street. You will love the combination of enjoying Ole River views along with access to Gulf of Mexico beaches. This cute, coastal 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo will not disappoint. The condo is located one mile west of Flora-Bama and close to all the amenities Orange Beach has to offer!

THE SPACE: Enjoy the open floor plan of this wonderful condo, with sliders that open to a private, covered balcony from the living room. The balcony has comfortable seating, overlooking the tennis courts, with a view of the pool and Ole River. The living room has a large TV, sofa sleeper and chair, and is open to the adjacent dining area and kitchen. The dining area has seating for four at the table and two at the kitchen bar. Our kitchen features stainless steel appliances which include a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. We supply both a Keurig and regular coffee pot. For your laundry needs, a stacked washer/dryer unit is provided. The master bedroom has a TV, closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The guest bedroom has a TV and closet. The guest bath has a tub/shower combination. The condo is accessible by stairs only, there is no elevator. You will enjoy the keyless entry system-no need to keep track of keys! Wi-Fi and cable are free to guests.

THE PROPERTY: Lei Lani Village is located waterfront on Ole River and is directly across the street from the beach and Lei Lani Tower. These complexes share amenities which include one outdoor pool at the Village, and one outdoor pool and one seasonally heated indoor pool at the Tower. All swimming pools have first come, first serve lounge chairs. Other Village amenities include tennis courts, charcoal grill BBQ area, covered picnic area, and a fishing pier. There is a button-controlled crosswalk to the beach access. Just at the boardwalk to the beach are outdoor showers to wash sand away. You have options...whether you choose swimming in the gulf, lounging by one of the pools or fishing off the dock, you will enjoy the amenities at this complex! Boat slips are only available to owners.

THE AREA: If you venture out, enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley or SanRoc Cay in Orange Beach. Check out The Wharf for wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC 15 Movie Theater. Catch a thrill on the rides at the new OWA Amusement/Water Park. Local attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA water park! Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding, trails and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.
