**NO pets of any kind — our HOA is incredibly strict regarding no pets for guests, and will evict anyone who tries to bring a pet**
**No parties or Events are allowed on property
**Property is monitored by the COA onsite. Any violations of posted rules may result in immediate eviction.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

Recommended Age 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit.
Our condo accommodates up to 2 adults and 4 children or 4 adults comfortably, as our condo has one bedroom with a king bed and one bedroom with two full sized beds. We do not have a sofa sleeper, but if you feel that your group would be adequately comfortable with an additional child on the sofa, please reach out. To discuss.

TRIP INSURANCE
We always highly recommend that all guests purchase the optional trip insurance, as sometimes things happen that unfortunately are last minute and may cause a guest to have to cancel their trip.

WHAT IS PROVIDED
Towels, Linens, and Blankets are provided with your stay. We provide a starter kit of basic necessities to ensure your vacation starts out right including a roll of toilet paper, paper towels, trash can liner, mini sized shampoo, body wash, lotion, soap, laundry soap, dish detergent, and starter coffee. It is enough to get you through the night if you arrive late, but you will want to either make a stop at the store on your way into town or have a grocery delivery set up for when you arrive. There also several area stores that will deliver your groceries right to the door.

PARKING PASSES
Parking is included for one vehicle in pricing, and you will get your parking pass upon arrival to place on your dashboard. Easy parking right out front of the Lei Lani complex. Park in parking lot - do not park under the building and make sure to display parking pass in dashboard. Please note that trailer parking/boat slips are allocated for owner use only, but Caribe Marina offers transient slip rentals and trailer parking and is located less than 1 mile away.

MONTHLY RENTALS
We love snowbirds! We welcome you to book our condo at a discounted rate for monthly stays during the months of November, December, January, and February. Please reach out for the discounted monthly rates. We also offer weekly discounts during these months.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes plans change! Our cancellation policy allows for a 50% refund minus any non-refundable fees up to 30 days prior to check-in date. No refunds will be given less than 30 days before check-in. We highly recommend travel insurance for unavoidable circumstances that may cause last minute cancellations.


BEACH SERVICE
There is an optional beach service at the beach across the street from our condo that offers lounge chairs and beach umbrellas for a rental fee if desired. No beach chairs or umbrellas are provided in our condo.

Ring Doorbell on the front door.
Other things to note
***Please note***

The Lei Lani Upgrade/Update Project is currently underway on the Tower located across the street. Beach access is available via the sand path. Please use caution and wear shoes/flip flops when near the construction area.

Indoor/Heated Pool: The indoor/heated pool is currently closed due to updates and upgrades at the Tower side facilities.

**Update**
This project is expected to be complete by April 1st, 2026, and all facilities open by April 15th, 2026, pending no weather delays.
