On beautiful Eagle Crest Golf Course in Alma with POOL! 45% OFF Monthly discount! Our basement is a completely separate unit with private entrance and parking. Two large bedrooms with plenty of living space, a place to workout, as well as a pool table and shuffle board to help relax after a long day! This is the perfect retreat! Note that this location doesn't have a full kitchen as it is lacking a full stove/oven. Instead we have provided a doubl hot plate and a convection/microwave oven combo.
The space
Our home is located on hole #12 on the beautiful Eagle Crest Golf Course. Eagle Crest is a prestigious neighborhood with breathtaking views. This home away from home is a completely private BASEMENT unit. We live on the top unit with our two children. The crowning jewel of the property is the walk-out porch and pool with views of the course and valley. The home is right on hole #12! While on the back porch or pool deck, you can relax and watch the sun rise with your morning coffee. The indoor space consists of a nicely furnished living area with a full sized pool table and a 9 foot shuffle board for your entertainment. Your stay includes 2 HUGE bedrooms (1 king size and the other queen). There is also a fold-out couch option should you need a 3rd bed in one of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a workout area and the other has a living area. There are two TVs in the space with one being in the living room and the other being in one of the bedrooms. Both are smart TVs where you can access various streaming services via your own personal accounts. The kitchen is NOT a full kitchen. There is a full size fridge, a small dishwasher, a kitchen sink, a microwave/convection oven combo, and a double hot plate. The kitchen is fully furnished with utensils, pots and pans, etc. There is laundry on site but the machines are upstairs. We are more than happy to accomodate a laundry schedule should you want/need it. The outdoor space is a shared space with our family but when we have guests, we stear clear to give them solitude and enjoyment. We might only bump into each other when we are out watering plants or tending to the pool.

Guest access
The entire basement level is private, as well as the parking in the driveway closest to the cul-de-sac. Guests have access to the back deck and pool. Note these last two are shared spaces although we tend to try and stay completely out of our guests' way so they can enjoy a peaceful stay.
