Surrounded by two mountain creeks with tranquil streamside pathways, the location is perfect for some quiet relaxation while being a short walk away to the vibrancy of downtown’s Main Street. Indulge in comfort and style in this well-appointed unit with a king bedroom, full kitchen, in unit laundry, and huge balcony with stunning mountain views.
The Space:
With free underground parking, a fitness room, outdoor hot tub and more this is the perfect spot for couples, friends or individual travellers to enjoy the perfect mountain getaway.

We use locally made all natural products from Rocky Mountain Soap Company. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash.

Open concept, sofa, gas fireplace, 58 inch smart TV equipped with Netflix (no cable), dining table, breakfast bar seating
Kitchen:
Gas range. Keurig coffee maker (pods provided to get you started). All essentials for home cooking.
Laundry:
Washer & Dryer in unit
Detergent provided.
Balcony:
Outdoor seating. Gas BBQ & Grill
Parking:
Heated underground parking spot. Parking garage maximum height 7’2” or 218 cm

Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, Canmore offers easy access to outstanding hiking, backpacking, camping and mountain biking terrain, breathtaking viewpoints, downhill and cross-country skiing, world class golf courses and a multitude of water sports. Take in one of the National Parks, discover the historic town of Banff (15-minute drive) or Lake Louise (45-minute drive) and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Getting Around:
Our unit comes with one underground parking stall and there is also free street parking alongside the building and surrounding area.
There are many walking/biking paths in the neighbourhood and various shops and restaurants. Downtown’s Main Street is a short walk away with even more retail and dining options.
Canmore offers free local bus transportation on our ROAM Transit service, and easy access to Banff for a nominal fee. There are also many taxi companies available, including Three Sisters Taxi (our Welcome Binder lists a few options with contact information).
Other Things to Note:
While construction on this building is complete, there is still construction occurring on the neighbouring buildings and as a result some construction noise may be heard during the daytime hours. Prices reflect the current state of the surrounding area.
NOTE: Same day bookings have a 6 p.m. check in time. Should the unit be available earlier, we will advise as soon as possible.
