Small group to Large group are available in this apartments(Private space floor in the complex 4th floor).We can accept a group of between 2 and 9 people.
The hotel is located on a private space floor on the 4th floor of the complex, where can accommodate small to large groups.
This apartment is in the center of Kyoto. Therefore, you can see views of the Kyoto landscape in the distance. There is a large playground in flont of the building.You can have a comfortable stay with natural wood flooring. If there are small children crying, don't worry. This building is made of reinforced concrete, so it provides enough soundproofing.
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 open-air bath and a balcony.In addition, there is a small meeting room.This building has free Wi-Fi.
Available on the 4th floor are: bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo, a blow dryer, hair combs, teethbrushes, shaving razors, hair elastics, cotton squares, cotton swabs, toning lotion, and makeup remover.
A refrigerator,A microwave oven,A washing machine is also equipped.Free drinking water server is available in the 1th floor.
Free Parking spaces are available (maximum 2 spaces ).If your car is not fit, we can offer other partnership’s parking spaces and give you 2 parking coins/per 1 night. 1 parking coin is means 100 yen when you park a car. Please tell us beforehand to access by your car.

Pets are welcome to stay.
We can accommodate 1 medium-sized dog, or 2 small dogs or 2 cats.
The pet fee is 3,300yen per 1 medium or 2 small pets per stay.
We have a cage for pets in the meeting room. Please feel free to use it.
Pets can stay in the meeting room, the hallway which on the 4th floor or on the balcony.Please do not bring your pet inside the bedrooms or a bathroom or an open-air bath and a toilet.
When you move with your pets inside the other floor of the building, please put your pet in a cage, or hold your pet in your arms.

Notice:Upon checking-in,
•You are required to pay Kyoto city's accommodation tax of 200 yen per guest (the tax is based on the nightly room rate) Regarding pay for this tax, only cash payment are accepted.
•Please show your passport and give us a copy of that (A government of Japan requests that when people from other countries to stay overnights all hotels in Japan).
