Welcome! Our 5 bedroom, 6 1/2 bath property is exquisitely furnished and has all the amenities you’ll need to feel right at home! The gated entrance and 6000 sq ft of living space will have you feeling like you’re floating above the clouds! There are 2 very spacious living rooms. One formal dining/ living room and one big entertainment den that waterfalls out into the backyard and pool entrance. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking with an array of appliances and kitchenware. We also have a super fun game room that includes a pool table, foosball table, board games, and a 70 inch smart TV. Enjoy that famous Southern California weather from our 4 balconies or poolside. The view is spectacular!

You’ll have access to the whole home! Make yourselves comfortable!

We are off the property grounds but are available 24/7 at your convenience for anything you need!

We do limit the amount of cars on the property to 4 vehicles and there is no overnight parking on the street.

The spa heating is included during your stay. Additionally, for the pool, there is an initial heating fee of $250 for the first day, and $100 per day after that.

Property is equipped with both an outdoor noise detector and an indoor detector designed to monitor noise levels and detect smoke. These detectors do not record sound; they solely measure the intensity of ambient noise

Must be 25 years of age to book

The only guests allowed on the property are those on the reservation, unless authorized by host.

Please remove shoes when inside

Please do not move furnitures

Do not use counter tops as cutting board

Please do not put oil, nuts, shells, coffee grounds, animal bones or other hard items in garbage disposal

Please empty lint filter in dryer after each use

Turn off lights/fans/AC/heater when not in use

We charge $200 for day 1 and $150 for all other days.


Keep doors and garages closed at all times so mice won’t come inside. Fruit trees in the neighborhood can attract furry friends.

No more than 5 cars on the premise

Street sweeping is on Tuesday.

PLEASE PULL TRASH BINS OUT ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT. If you forget to pull your trash bins in, Code Enforcement will fine us and you will have to pay the citation!

Lock all doors and windows at night for your safety

Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am
Please be considerate and courteous to the neighbors

No smoking inside our home
If our home smells like marijuana or cigarettes or marijuana/cigarette butts are found upon checkout, there will be an extra cleaning fee charge of $250

No drugs / excessive alcohol consumption

No parties or events allowed

No pets unless approved by owners in advance

Owners are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items

Owners are not responsible for any guest injuries, accidents or illnesses

Tenants who receive 2 complaints from neighbors or 1 police report will be asked to leave without refund.
