Hawaii is a tropical island thus insects are very common even with regular professional treatments. We assure you that we regularly schedule a home inspection to ensure safety of our guests. As a host, it is very important that we set out guest expectation that we only provide starter kit, however we appreciate your suggestions about the toiletries, and we will definitely take this into consideration.
