Location was excellent. Suite was perfectly appointed and the shower and bath were amazing. Nice kitchen nook.Only downside was the pool party in daytime hours was a rifle loud but evenings were quiet.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The staff was super friendly and responsive! The room was very nice and clean, as was the property in general. The hot tub was so nice after a long day on the strip! The bed was very comfortable as well. We would definitely recommend staying here and we would gladly stay here again!

Very nice front desk and timeshare people. Place was clean, thoughtfully spaced with a great kitchen and we had spectacular views of the Bellagio fountains and Paris.

Very nice! Just be aware that if your stay goes from the end of one month into the next you have to get a new parking garage pass. No one told us that and we were holding up the line so we ended up just paying. They did reimburse us though which was nice!

Our second time staying at this location. Perfect spot! Just know that the music from the Flamingo Hotel Pool can be heard very clearly from your room. It didn't bother us. We took naps with no problem. When you check in beware of the timeshare presentation folks up front. I tried to skip past them to check in, but they will follow you. The individual said that we had been checked in, but hours later when we went to the actual check-in front desk we had not been checked it. That was frustrating, but we were busy out walking around so it wasnt a huge deal. The room was very clean and perfect for what we needed. Would absolutely come back to this location!
