Welcome to this quiet and central 3 bedroom 2 bath brick house in the heart of downtown Arlington! This charming home is perfectly situated in the heart of Arlington, offering great convenience within the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex. This house is ideally positioned between Dallas and Fort Worth. The house is just a short drive from UTA, Less than 1mi from Cowboys Stadium, and several top-tier medical facilities such as Arlington Memorial Hospital. It has easy freeway access to Interstate 30.
This nice brick three bedroom home has been recently completely renovated and upgrades include a nice outdoor living area with a gazebo, firepit and smoker. This house has fast fiberoptic Wifi and a level 2 EV charger. It has new double-pane glass windows and is very quiet and comfortable inside. Each bedroom has blackout curtains and blinds, is fully furnished and there is a king bed, a queen bed, and a two full beds. In the living room one of the sofas has a pull-out queen mattress. The freshly remodeled showers both have rain heads and there is one tub.
We allow one dog under 40lbs upon approval.
