Great house for a ladies weekend! The house was stocked with everything we needed for cooking great meals and for relaxing. There was plenty of space for gathering together, but also space for a little quiet time. The hot tub was excellent! We’re already talking about when we can come back!

Relaxing weekend

The house was nice, plenty of space for our family. The check in process was a little complicated. The drive at night was a little challenging as it's located about 12 miles from Nashville in the woods. The location was secluded and quiet. The house was clean with the exception of the dog hair on the lower bunk bedspread and a smell of cigarette smoke in the third bedroom. Not much was included in the stay, no soap in the bathrooms/showers, and no firewood for the firepit (these items have always been provided when booking through VRBO). For checkout, we had to wash the dishes and put them away, strip the beds lock the house and return the key to the rental office. While i appreciate the need to take care of your property while we are there, we pay a cleaning fee in the cost of the house. There was a threat of charging our credit card if we didn't follow the departure rules to the letter. We enjoyed the area, touring Nashville and all it had to offer was great. We might return, we will definitely look for a different property management agency.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. As we appreciate your acknowledgement for our process, we do tell you all our policies up front and as all our cabins are individually owned, we manage over 105 cabins in the area and we do keep very busy so the few things we ask our guest to do does help our contracted cleaners get the actual cleaning and laundry done for the guest checking back in. We understand we are not the typical one owner one cabin VRBO, but we do try to tell you that in the very beginning of your booking. As for the dog hair we do apologize the hair did not come out "in the wash" . Our cleaner do try to make sure pet hair is removed from all the home. The smell from the one bedroom we have to assume was from the guest who stayed there, since we do not allow smoking in our cabins. We will have the cleaners check out that room and make sure to remove the cigarette odor. Thank you for letting us know. We do look forward to you booking with us for your next stay, which will save as well. Just call and we will help you find another great cabin.
