The outdoor pool, complete with sun loungers, is for Sea Cabin guests only, providing a serene setting. Though the pier is closed, it creates a picturesque backdrop to our beautiful beach.



Our home is on the third floor (no elevator), offering unspoiled beach views of the waves rolling in.



Situated in the iconic North Myrtle Beach, our home is just a stone’s throw from the tranquil waters around Cherry Grove Point. It’s also near the Cherry Grove Pier, fantastic restaurants, new shopping centers, and the world-famous Main Street.

5. No Pets Allowed. This includes emotional support animals regardless of documentation as HOA does not allow. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund additional charges.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy all property amenities and will be given a code for entry 3 days prior to their arrival.

*Pest Control Treatments for 2026 are the Second Monday of each month. Renter must allow access (service takes less than 5 minutes).

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Coin operated laundry room on site.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*One parking pass provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.

*Keurig and drip coffee maker provided in unit.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*-FULL INVENTORY OF PROPERTY DECOR, BEDDING, AND CONTENTS DONE AFTER ALL STAYS. MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS COST WILL BE CHARGED TO GUEST PLUS $50 SERVICE FEE.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.
