Feel right at home! This Derby Bungalow features a big cozy living room, 2 bedrooms, an office, full size kitchen & bonus room with foosball table and futon! Everything is brand new, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood!

Large driveway for ample parking and a good size front porch! Open up the front door to a large living room with a smart TV with fast wifi & comfy couches. Updated kitchen with stainless appliances, brand new stocked kitchen with all your basics for cooking, and large dinner table. Both bedrooms have a queen bed with new mattresses, wireless phone chargers & large closets. Bathroom is also brand new features a towel warmer, hair dryer and squeaky clean shower! We also have a bonus room that has laundry access, a foosball table and futon. Enjoy our huge backyard with back patio as well.

Completely private with no shared rooms or unwanted contact, however if you do need assistance I am just a phone call/text away!

The rooms were very clean. We really liked the open space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. We liked the location of the bnb a lot. There were plenty of shops in Derby to visit and if we wanted to go to any shops in Wichita it was only a 15 to 20 minute drive. We also liked that the bnb was in what seemed to be a safe and calm part of town.

Great central location in quiet neighborhood

This house was clean, nicely finished. It worked perfect for me and my friends in town for a few days (reunion). Beds were comfortable, lots of natural lighting in the home, well lit at night, and plenty of space to meet our needs.

The stay at the Derby Bungalow was very relaxing and pleasant. My only suggestion would be; please stock more wash rags and hand towels

Clean and simple

The is house was very clean, simple and nice. We usually travel with our own pillows because we’ll everyone loves there own pillows. I had to use a few but they were nice! Host was great and will book again.

Short stay!

We were just in town for the night for an early check in surgery time. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, updated and clean! Google maps took me to the house next door, but John was quick to respond and guide me to the correct house :)

Lipstick on a pig

This place looks super cute online, but it’s a dump and the host never messages you back. There are so many places on the house where there is something wrong. One bedroom had a broken ceiling fan and the bed broke out first night. The bed didn’t have the proper screws or any screws to hold the frame together so the mattress went through the frame. Communication was terrible. We booked for 2 nights and the host sent us a message after the first night thanking us for staying. I messaged back saying we were going to be there for 2 nights and never got a reply. I then messaged the host about the bed breaking and that the thermostat was dying. Never heard back. When it was the morning of our departure the cleaning lady sat outside for quite sometimes while I was loading stuff up to leave. I felt so rushed with her just sitting there. The house is falling apart. The paint is peeling in several areas, the porch is unsafe, the game table is broken, and several other things. It was not a good stay.
