Lakefront Home in Cabot

Waterfront 3 Bedroom House. Secluded while in the heart of town. Plenty of wildlife and scenery!
The house accommodates 6 guests with plenty of space for entertainment. The house is conveniently located 25 minutes from Little Rock and 15 minutes from the Airbase. We will do our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The space
Beautiful waterfront property in a secluded setting. The lake is possibly the largest lake in Cabot with only 8 houses overlooking the lake. While the area is secluded, it is very close to all amenities.
5 minutes from the city center and Exit 19.
5 minutes from Walmart, Dollar General.
15 minutes from the Air Base

Each bedroom has view of the lake. The master bedroom has a private deck overlooking the lake with a table and two chairs perfect for the morning cup of coffee/breakfast.

The master suite has two sinks and a shower and the two other bedrooms share a second bathroom.

The first bedroom is decorated in vintage / log style furniture featuring a Queen size bed and a walk in closet.

The second bedroom as well as the kitchen have desks for those working remotely. WiFi is available.

Snacks and a Keurig Coffee bar included in the kitchen area.

The house has 5 TVs with one in each room (Living, Dining, Master , Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2. All TVs are running an Amazon Fire TV with access to a number of services including Discovery Plus, Netflix, Vudu with over 850 purchased movies and shows.

The house has 4 decks / patio areas for entertaining.

The main deck seats 4 people and has a gas grill.

The lower patio area has an outdoor table / chairs and has a charcoal grill available for guest use.

There is a secluded sitting area with rocking chairs and a swing overlooking the lake.

There is a washer and drier available for our guests.


Guest access
The entire house minus the basement/attic/garage and supply closets are open for guest access.

The house offers two deck areas for outdoor entertainment.

There is also a sitting area under the trees with rocking chairs and a swing overlooking the lake.

The front yard including the front porch as well as the back yard are all available for guest access.

Parking will be in any of the driveways next to the house.

House is protected by outdoor cameras on the front, side and back yards for safety.

Door codes and internet password is changed after each stay to ensure guest safety.
Other things to note
Smoke free and Pet Free Household!!! Absolutely no smoking or pets due to severe allergies.
This is a quiet neighborhood. No events of any kind are allowed.
