This property was quite lovely. Cleanliness is very important to me and this place lived up to my standards. It has everything one would need for a home away from home. It’s located near a highway for easy access. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating when I asked to extend my stay for 2 additional days. I’m very satisfied with my experience.

The home was amazing! It was clean and roomy! We stayed during Thanksgiving and I prepared a full dinner like I would at home without any problems. The kitchen was great. The appliances were all new. We loved the electric fireplace in the living room. Although there is only 1 bathroom, it wasn’t an issue. The water pressure was epic, and there were 4 adults in the house! We will definitely re-book for our next trip!

Nice Mid Century Modern

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Damon was so helpful. Our flight got cancelled and we missed a night, and Damon was kind enough to work with us and allow us to stay longer. The house is nicely decorated and the kitchen was beautiful and very well stocked. We had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

6-night stay in J'ville

We enjoyed our stay at the Eagle's Nest. The house was as advertised. Our host responded to us promptly when we couldn't figure out how to operate the bedroom TV. The morning after a snowstorm he had his sons shovel the driveway for us.2 suggestions to make it even better would be:1) Install a blind on the main entry door2) Update the bathroomWe would recommend if you're planning an extended stay in Jacksonville, AR.

The perfect location for our family

This was our second time at this property. The location is perfect for our Jacksonville activities, and the layout works well for our family. The owner is easy to communicate with and keeps us updated on anything we may need to know. This is on our favorites list for our Jacksonville trips.

Great Home in Jacksonville!

Property was perfect for our needs, everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Surprisingly quiet for being near a main road. Enjoyed the outdoor seating area for early morning coffee.

Great stay

The property was great. Just wished it had a little more privacy. There was no blinds on front glass door or one window in kitchen. You could see inside of property. Other than that, it was great.

Great stay

We had a great stay! My 4 kids and I were very pleased with the property and amenities. The front patio was ideal for our morning coffee and the side patio with lights made our nights so fun! There were an abundance of rabbits and squirrels - which made my kids so excited! The only issue we had was the city came & did work on the property which created issues for our stay. However, the property owner was amazing and really kind about all of it! We would absolutely stay again and will be booking whenever we head back to Arkansas

We enjoyed our stay very much!

We stayed for two nights. The house was super clean, and very well-stocked. We didn't do any cooking, but did notice that there was every kind of pan, baking dish, etc., that one might need. The beds were comfortable. Damon was quick to respond to any questions I had. We thought the house was adorable! Wonderful accomodations!

Comfortable Oasis

Our grandson had just returned from a deployment and this was the perfect place for us to relax and reconnect. The outdoor living space was amazing. It is so close to Little Rock AFB we could hear taps playing in the evening. The home was well stocked, comfortable and exceeded our expectations.

Very well stocked!

This property was one of the most well stocked places I’ve ever been to. Literally everything you will need they have my favorite thing about the property was the outdoor sitting areas really nice chill place to hang out Damm was super responsive and quick to help out whenever needed, nice place to stay in. Arkansas. Will definitely check it out again if in the area.

Met all our needs

This was the perfect house for our stay in town for a ball tournament. It was close to our game location, gave us plenty of space for our family to relax during games. The house was immaculate. Will definitely remember for next time we are in town.
