Villa Poggio La Leona with pool near Florence

In the heart of the Tuscan countryside, a few kilometers from Florence and in a strategic position to visit Pisa and Siena, Villa Poggio La Leona is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the typical Tuscan rural landscape. It can accommodate up to 6 people and has a beautiful swimming pool shared with the owner of the Villa.

Villa Poggio La Leona is located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, on top of the hills of Scandicci, a few kilometers from Florence. Away from the noise of the city, it can be reached through a road that will lead you inside the villa property; its position dominates the surrounding hills with a breathtaking view of the entire valley between Florence and Pisa.
The villa, recently built, is framed by beautiful trees and floral plants daily cared by qualified staff, giving a well-kept but spontaneous appearance to the entire structure.
A delightful outdoor patio, covered to relax even in the hottest hours and equipped with tables and armchairs, gives access to the main door, which leads to the splendid living room, furnished with fine furniture, and the kitchen, fully equipped with the latest generation appliances; on the left there is the first double bedroom, with a splendid view of the outdoor terrace; the room has a private bathroom with shower box, toilet and bidet. From the main living room, on the right there is access to two further bedrooms: the first one is a twin with two single beds, the other one is a double bedroom; next to the two bedrooms, there is an additional bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
Outside, through a road surrounded by the green trees of the estate, you can access the splendid swimming pool of the villa, located in a raised position and shared with the owners of the villa, and the marvellous jacuzzi pool overlooking a view framed by the hills of the Tuscan countryside. We offer all guests who stay at least a week the activation of the hot tub for one day; an additional fee is required for turning on the jacuzzi extra days.
Next to the swimming pool there are wooden cabins at full disposal of the guests. A wonderful garden, daily cared, surrounds and completes the estate.
Access by sport cars is strongly discouraged due to the road leading to the villa.
