Villa Xulon is composed of two independent units, one per floor. There is no internal staircase; access between levels is via an exterior staircase. This makes the villa ideal for groups who value both shared spaces and private retreats while enjoying proximity to Tulum, Akumal, and Chemuyil cenotes.
