Emplacement fantastique !!! Downtown Frankenmuth / Renseignez-vous sur l'organisation d'une soirée privée

Nous sommes très chanceux d'être situés à seulement 1/2 pâté de maisons de la rue Main, à un pâté de maisons des magasins River Place et à moins de 5 minutes à pied du Bavarian Inn ou du restaurant Zehnder au centre-ville de Frankenmuth. En outre, vous pouvez traverser la rue et profiter d'une partie de golf au Fortress Golf Course. La maison a un environnement confortable et chaleureux avec beaucoup de caractère. C'est une maison historique très propre, spacieuse et magnifique avec des planchers et des boiseries d'origine. Après une journée de shopping, de repas, de golf ou de détente dans l'un des biergarten locaux, profitez de revenir dans un cadre résidentiel calme. Détendez-vous et grillez sur la terrasse arrière privée donnant sur la cour arrière spacieuse ou asseyez-vous sur le grand porche confortable et regardez les voitures tirées par des chevaux passer.

Nous avons 4 chambres spacieuses (maître au rez-de-chaussée), 2 salles de bain complètes (une à chaque étage), dressing (idéal pour les mariages), grande cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger avec grande table de réunion, salons à l'étage et au rez-de-chaussée, salle de jeux avec jeux et table de ping-pong. Vous tomberez amoureux du cadre paisible et de nombreux équipements de qualité! Un endroit parfait pour votre escapade ou retraite à Frankenmuth.

Avec notre nouvelle Carriage Haus rénovée, une grande cour arrière et un patio, nous avons créé une atmosphère intime et confortable où les amis et la famille peuvent célébrer toute occasion ensemble. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se divertir uniquement pendant les saisons chaudes (de mai à septembre). Des frais d'événement supplémentaires s'appliqueront. This was an amazing place to stay. The house is so close to everything, yet you can still get away from it all. The whole house is beautiful and perfect for multiple couples, families, and an anniversary celebration for two. Highly recommended!! Owner is great with communication and house is stocked with all you need.

Beautiful historic home within waking distance to many shops and restaurants in Frankenmuth, but on a quiet street. The home is decorated and furnished with quality and thoughtfulness. It is clean throughout and well stocked in all areas. There are small sitting areas for a quiet moment or to read a book. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are good sized. There is a "bridal room" but works well for finishing getting ready while others use the bathroom. The covered front porch is lovely and the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of morning coffee. The backyard is charming and serene. If you use the additional carriage house, it is perfect for gatherings or a small wedding. The host's attention to detail is not overlooked in this area either. I highly recommend and would stay here again!

We had so much fun at the house. The location is perfect. There is a lot of space for a big group. The host has thought of everything. All of the little touches make it feel like home. The beds are very comfortable and we all loved having fans in every room! The outdoor area was beautiful, even in the chilly weather. The guys loved playing pool, and the ladies really appreciated all of the available mirrors to get ready for 80s fest. We will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend this beautiful charming home.

Great stay!

We were with other family helping clean out my parentsʻ house. The Historic Brownstone Haus was a greta retreat at the end of some very dusty days. Well equipped and comfortable, inside and out.

This is our fifth time at the Brownstone Haus. Lovely, spacious, comfortable home in easy walking distance of all the sights. Kind, communicative hosts. We love it here.

We have been marred 20 years and feel very lucky to be living in Frankenmuth. My husband is a supervisor for Delta Air Lines and I have been involved in property management, with family partners, for 25 years. This is our first vacation rental and happy to say, we are the sole owners. I’ve never enjoyed managing a property as much as this home, we take great pride in getting the house ready for our guests and hoping to exceed their expectations. Living locally makes it easy to confirm everything is perfect before guests check in.

We chose this area because Frankenmuth is one of Michigan’s premiere vacation destinations. Known as “Michigan’s Little Bavaria,” due to its German heritage. It’s a place of horse drawn carriages, covered bridges, river boat cruises, world-famous chicken dinners, big water parks, and small-town strolls. Beautiful floral landscape throughout downtown, unique shops, restaurants, and beer gardens. All makes this a great place to getaway to during every season.

We immediately fell in love with this property from the moment we looked at it. The location is perfect! Great neighborhood, short walk to downtown and across the street from the golf course. The grounds are beautiful. It has a large private backyard with patio for BBQ’s and entertaining. The driveway is long and will accommodate 5 cars. It also has a large front porch for relaxing. I knew this was going to be the perfect vacation home as soon as I walked in the door. The beautiful historic charm with the original woodwork throughout. It has a large kitchen and large dining room farm table. This home is large and spacious yet cozy and comfortable. It's the perfect place for making memories with your friends and family.
