The property is located in a quiet, picturesque suburb. Short walk to a strip mall that has several restaurants (Chinese, Columbian, Seafood/Sushi, Diner) and a Shop Rite. There is also a laundromat, wine and beverage, and UPS Store.

Near the strip mall is the bus station to NYC.

Route 95 Turnpike is minutes away.

NYC 15 minutes.

Train stations to NYC 15 minutes.

15 minute walk, 2 minute drive to Carteret Park which has a beautiful pond and a playground with play fountains.

5 minute drive to the Carteret Waterfront Park which is one of NJ’s best kept secrets - mini golf, fishing, volleyball all available while surrounded by beautiful views of the Arthur Kill and the Carteret Marina.

This property has been massively renovated since being purchased in 2022 and is constantly improving.
The basement was transformed into an entertainment center in January 2024 and we’re happy to share it with our guests.

Please forgive the portable air conditioner on the kitchen counter - we are in the process of installing a multi zone mini split system. The portable AC is 14,000 BTU and leaves the space cool.

Guests have street parking which is always available and parking in a 1 car driveway (will need to manually open and close gate to access). They will enter through a private fence entrance in the backyard, and have a private entrance to the basement unit. They can use all amenities in the basement - the bathroom, kitchen, bar and home theatre. There is one bedroom that will remain locked as it’s for our personal use.

We list the common spaces as shared as we may have some items there that are personal storage, and may need to access the basement during emergencies to get those items or to enter the personal bedroom. We will provide notice and request your consent in the event that happens.

We have two larger dogs (Taiga the American Bully and Leo the Labrador Retriever) so those that are allergic or don’t like dogs, be aware. They are very sweet, but they can be protective of their home toward strangers so don’t be surprised to hear barking. They have never harmed anyone or anything and we keep them upstairs with us so you should not have too much interaction with them, unless you catch them outside during their play time.

Also you may hear them running around upstairs from time to time. We try our best to settle them down during quiet hours but please let us know if they are ever disturbing you.
