HOUSE RULES:
* In an effort to keep the rugs & floors clean and unscratched, we ask that all our guests remove their footwear upon entering the unit, and place them on the shoe rack provided.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

1. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR GATHERINGS ALLOWED... in the unit or on the property. You will be asked to leave if you have more guests than stated in the reservation... and no refund will be issued.
2. NO SMOKING (OF ANY KIND)… NO CANDLES/OPEN FLAMES ARE ALLOWED IN THE UNIT OR ON THE PREMISES.
3. NO REFUNDS FOR THIRD PARTY AMENITIES: Hosts are not responsible for interruptions beyond our control (ie: internet outages, weather, downed power lines, power outages, etc). Hosts are also not responsible for property amenities being closed or serviced during your stay.
4. NO EXTRA GUESTS without prior approval. ($25/per person fee applies for each approved additional guest)
5. MISSING or DAMAGED item(s) will incur a replacement fee equivalent to the cost of the item(s).
6. Do not hang or attach anything to the walls or furniture (this includes tape or any self-adhesive items).
7. DO NOT remove any signs that are posted inside the apartment.
8. Please use coasters whenever possible to prevent furniture staining, warping, or scratching.
9. No Loud Music (as there are other residents in the building that we need to be respectful of).
10. Property Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am
11. Absolutely NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES may be brought onto the premises by/for any guests UNDER THE AGE of 21.
12. POOL TABLE: To ensure safety, we kindly request that the pool table not be accessible to children under the age of 12.
* Please do not place any food/beverages on the pool table.
* Please keep the pool table cover on, when not in use.
13. Please be advised that we do not allow mail or packages to be delivered to our properties, as we cannot assume responsibility for them. However, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for stays longer than 14 days, with the understanding that we are not liable for them. Should this pertain to your situation, please contact the Host.
14. For community safety and security purposes, the Host requires guests to submit a picture of a government ID for all guests listed on the reservation. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.
You may cover identifiable information on the ID except the name, D.O.B., and photo.

Great place to stay. Hosts was very helpful through out booking and stay. Minor issue and was taken care of quickly with out asking. If we come back to the area will consider staying with them again.

Nice corner unit apartment with a very welcoming host. Professionally managed unit, too. It's possible to drive, take a train, or even drive to a ferry to get into Manhattan from here (if you go outside of rush hour, it might take 40-55 minutes). Bunk bed is squeaky, so prepare for that, but otherwise everything is intact and quite nice.

Nice for a trip to NYC

The unit is amazing in size for the area. It had all of the amenities we needed and ample space for our family. The bunk beds were a bit squeaky which did cause some sleeplessness. The building is well lit and safe with several gates and monitored. The diversity of restaurants in close proximity is limited but that was an issue for us since we were in and out of the city. Overall it was a great stay despite the usual issues of being in a condo with close neighbors.

The host was very comunicative and friendly with comunications. The apartment was very clean and the location was perfect in regards to where we wanted to go. Parking was in a access restricted garage so the vehicle was safe. The amenaties were good and we had what we needed. They even provided robes and slippers which I had forgot to bring. For the price it was a very good find. I strongly recommend this property for any stay, business or as in my case vacation.😉

Host was friendly, but is requesting excessive charges upon our exit, for additional occupants, as they watch all entry cameras. When they correct the dollar amount(a week later still not corrected), and only then, I can pay the invoice. We were on a girl's weekend (mom's & grown daughters)getaway, and the space worked great, other than lack of hot water even splitting half morning, half night showering time. I do wish there was night stands of any sort in the secondary bedroom. Ample storage space, windows were great for the view. 1st night there, we saw this place had more cameras than the White House, every corner or hallway, it was a bit unnerving, and pointed to an unafe area. We paid for parking garage access, and that worked well, as there was ZERO street parking availabilities, all were taken. The garage steel door to exit and go into the courtyard to the apartment building had been kicked in and completely off of it's frame by night 2. Weird. Multiple points of dirty handprints on walls, hairs and tissue on bathroom floor, rusty knives in the knife block, hairs and dust on both bed sheets. The window curtain and lamp were broken, but they were aware from previous renter. Mattresses were comfortable. BEWARE THIS PROPERTY POPS UP WHEN YOU SEARCH FOR 6 PEOPLE. THEN THEY SAY 5 ONCE YOU'RE BOOKED.

Tenants on 6th Floor

The place was clean and we barely stayed inside because we were on vacation and had something to do daily. The neighborhood was a bit rough so glad they had a garage for parking. The real issue was at night. The property said quite hours between 10pm-6am, but that seems to be when all the people on 6th floor come out. The amount of noise that came from that top floor was unreal. I was glad to finally leave.
