You will have private access to the entire suite.
For patio or balcony access, please use caution and avoid fully closing the doors, as they may lock automatically behind you.
This building has implemented rules for tenants to ensure the safety and comfort of all tenants. Failing to comply will result in a fine up to 1000$. Please read through carefully.
Not waiting for the Parkade door to close before leaving or entering the Parkade -250$ fine
Allowing entry to any access point of the building to an unknown person, including delivery staff, Security issues - 250$ fine
Owning a pet in the unit without the written consent from the board and the approved Pet Policy application form. Or not cleaning up after pets, allowing pets to destroy common property - 250$ fine
Operating and Short-Term rental - without the approved and completed short-term rental form and a valid owner business license. - 1000$ fine
Parking in a stall other than your own stall
*Stall owners have the right to call Calgary Parking Authority to ticket/tow violators - 250$ fine
Not notifying the property manager within 24 hours of FOB going missing or stolen - 250$ fine
Unscheduled Moves or moves that exceed the max time limit - 250$ fine
Conducting any type of renovation without Board approval. The fines will be in addition to any costs to any damages - 500$ fine
Unreasonable odors, noise, & Nuisances that impact one or more surrounding units. - 250$ fine
PLEASE NOTE HOUSE RULES
1. No parties or events allowed.
2. No smoking allowed. Any reminence or smell left behind will result in a $500 fine charged to your Airbnb account.
3. No pets allowed.
4. No unregistered guests allowed.
5. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
7. Please respect noise levels and noise curfew. 10PM on weekends and 9PM on weekdays.
8. Please respect Check-in & Check-out times.
9. Please take care of your keys. Lost Keys incur a replacement cost.
10. Please take care of the furnishings. You must pay for any damages caused.
11. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
12. Please do your dishes.
13. Please take the trash out before you leave.
14. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. You will be asked to leave with no refund.
15. Please DO NOT take towels home after your stay. Any missing towels will be charged to your account
16. Do not order any parcels/mail to the unit (food delivery is okay).
17. Under NO circumstances are you allowed to use the internet connection to download illegal copyright files. If we are notified by the internet provider, it is an automatic $1,000 fine applied to your Airbnb account.
