Casa Ladera West End, 3-Level, Ocean View 6 BR avec piscine

Maison de trois Ă©tages composĂ©e de trois niveaux indĂ©pendants, chacun avec 2 chambres Ă  coucher. Les deux niveaux supĂ©rieurs ont lits gigognes canapĂ© ainsi que des balcons couverts complets avec des hamacs. Peut ĂȘtre louĂ© en totalitĂ© Ă  un groupe ou individuellement en niveau. Piscine privĂ©e, parking hors route.
Chaque niveau est entiÚrement meublé avec le niveau supérieur ayant deux salles de bains et le partage d'une salle de bain entre les chambres de niveau intermédiaire et inférieur. La climatisation est disponible dans chaque chambre.
Maison est construite sur la colline avec coucher de soleil vista de l'océan.

Plenty of Room

We traveled with 12 family members from 11 years old to 83 years old to Roatan. This house accommodated us very well. The main living room and outside deck were the main gathering points but the hammock on the second floor was often in use as was the pool!Laura was a great property manager and very responsive.

Great Location

The house was very spacious and the AC worked great. Perfect location in the west side of the island. The floors needed a good mopping but that was all. The host is so kind and was patient with us learning about the security system. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

great stay

plenty of room, great location to town if you have to walk. fenced in so our scooters were safe at night. host was amazing and johnny on the spot if we had any questions. will definitely will stay at this property again in the new future.

Perfect and Spacious

Close enough to walk to the West End, far enough from it not to be bothered. Quiet area with a pool to keep the kids at bay will resting from the vacation. Laura was an exceptional host and went above and beyond normal hosting to ensure all our needs were met. Would stay at her home again.

Perfect location

Casa Ladera is a perfect location for a quiet retreat but just a short walk to all of the resteraunts and shops of west end, no car needed. Diving was perfect including the shark dive which is highly recommended. The kids liked swimming in the pool and watching the stars at night after a long day on the water. The multi level layout of Casa Ladera allowed for the kids to have their own space and for the adults to have their own space for "adult time". Definitely coming back!

Best Trip Ever

Our group was made up of kids, divers, kite boarders, young adults and parents. We could not seem to get enough time on the view deck or in the pool. With so many activities including diving, kite boarding, and shopping, it was an active week. Having a private pool was a real treat for us Alaskans. The furnishings were great, sleeping was easy with gentle fans moving air. We attempted to see the "green spot" at sunset. We did not see it but we did see a photo of it from the same deck that has a perfect view of the sun set over the sea. I highly recommend night diving to see the "string of pearls". We can't wait to go back!

Casa Ladera

I highly recommend Casa Ladera for a vacation spot. It's 5 minutes from dive shops and good restaurant's and far enough away from the tourist noises. Diving couldn't be better and most dive sites are about a 10 minute boat ride away. Cooling off in the swimming pool after is refreshing. The accommodations are clean and roomie and having the washer and dryer really helps for extended stays. We have been renting for the past several year for 2 weeks at a time and intend to continue.

We live outside of Houston and love to travel. We first visited Roatan in 1994 and realized our dream of acquiring a vacation home there in 2009. We don't get to visit as often as we would like, but enjoy sharing the house with other folks who enjoy the island and it's tropical breezes and water sports.

Roatan is a tropical paradise with top notch scuba diving and snorkeling opportunities. Lying off the coast of Honduras, a mere 2 hour flight from our home near Houston, we chose the location as a convenient island escape for our family.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Among our favorite things about the house is relaxing on the deck, even when it rains, and looking out over the tropical jungle and, when possible, catching the sunset green flash. Nearby are the busy restaurants and activities of West End and West Bay, but we're far enough from the towns to have relative quiet.

Our local managers are a wonderful resource for visitors. They can arrange for transportation to the house, from the airport or ferry, with a stop at the grocery store (for an additional fee, payable directly to the driver) and offer assistance with getting settled in and can help newcomers discover the many adventures available on the island.
