Huge 3-story house in Luna Beach resort. Luna Beach Resort has a restaurant/bar, dive shop, coffee shop, beach w/chairs, and horseback riding available. 6 bedrooms (2 masters), 6 bathrooms, private pool and hot tub, outdoor shower, huge kitchen with all the needed supplies. All towels, bedding, beach towels, canoe, 2 paddleboards, snorkel gear, ice chest, wagon to carry stuff to beach and so much more!
Steps from the beach and restaurant/bar. 5-7 minute walk to West End and/or you can grab a water taxi to get to West Bay Beach (5 minutes ride).
Optional: Private cook to prepare and serve your meals. Can be one meal or all meals. Will also serve drinks at private pool so you can relax and be waited on. Grocery cost is your responsibility. Just let us know what you will want.

We loved our stay at the “Miller” house. Great location, beautiful home. There were 10 (5 couples). We celebrated my Husbands birthday. It worked out perfect. Deneise was amazing. She prepared 2 large meals for us and it was fantastic. We would definitely come back here!

We had a great stay at this house. It was spacious and comfortable, with more than enough room for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. The house was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed spending time in the pool, and the location was excellent—close to the resort amenities and just a short walk to West End.There were a few minor challenges during our stay. The air conditioning wasn’t working in a couple of the rooms initially, which required one couple to move rooms a few times, but we were able to make it work. Unfortunately, the golf cart was also out of service during our visit, which made getting my elderly dad up and down from the beach a little more difficult.One highlight was Deniese’s cooking—she is fantastic! Just be prepared for generous portions; she made so much delicious food that we couldn’t finish all the leftovers before we left.Despite the small hiccups, we really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely consider staying again.

2025 Trip

We had a group of 11 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The pool was nice and we liked the location. It was a short walk on the beach into West End to restaurants and bars.

Family getaway

Our family of 8 enjoyed everything this house had to offer. The host has thought of everything, extra beach towels, water toys, games, and access to a cook for family meals. The location of this house is great, right in between West Bay and West End. We frequented Luna Beach Club for quick meals, drinks on the beach, and access to water taxis. The host was very responsive to questions and needs.

The Miller House is amazing for large groups or families

The Pool & Hot Tub are amazing. The bedrooms are large and well appointed. Mattresses are very comfortable. Bathrooms connected to most of the rooms is outstanding. Plenty of space for everyone to get ready at the same time. The 2nd floor Kitchen/Living Room is large and great for large groups to gather. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need, if you are planning to cook meals. 3rd level living room area is very spacious and great for gathering or movies. The 2nd floor deck is perfectly located for indoor/outdoor use. The 3rd floor deck is a nice area to go get away. The beach is amazing. I will say the hill to the beach are is no joke, be ready for the hike.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at the house. It was just as it was described. There was construction right next to us, so that did wake some of us up in the morning. I do also wish the electric charge was listed on the listing itself, 35cents/kw as it is on other properties, instead of via communication after we made the reservation. I understand its need. If you do choose to have the cook come, she needed $20 every time she came to the house for her ride. The children had fun in the pool, and Luna Beach has some amazing food! The walk to West End was a breeze as well. Grab a drink at the beach bar and have a great walk over.

Wonderful family vacation in Roatan!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Luna Beach House! It was perfect for our needs. We were in the pool/hot tub every day. The beach, restaurant/bar and coffee shop were a short golf cart or walk away! Enjoyed the attention of Denies, our concierge, who put up a Christmas tree for us and cooked Christmas dinner for our group. While some of us went scuba diving, others went to the beach or took a short water taxi trip to West End for shopping. Rachelle was a very responsive host and promptly answered all our questions. The house was as described on the website -however we would have liked to know ahead of time that we were responsible for the cost of all the electricity while we were there. Overall, it was a great family trip-one we won’t soon forget!

Family vacation

The house was very nice, outside seating on 2nd level was real nice. It was a 3-4 minute walk to the beach with a steep hill. If you have trouble walking the hill may cause problems but there is a golf cart at the house you can take up and down the hill. The restaurant/bar at the beach was fantastic. The house owners were staying at the home next door. One of our group sprained his ankle and they went out of their way to help us find the urgent care and even picked him up and helped find a pharmacy for him. Wonderful people. If it hadn’t rained some every day it would have been nice but our visit was during their rainy season (Oct-Jan) which we did not know when we booked the house. The rain didn’t stop us from enjoying our time there. Would return but after the rainy season.

Ideal Family Vacation House

Our stay here checked all the boxes for our large family. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms made it perfect for us to all stay in the same place. We opted for the personal chef to save on food and to all eat together without having to find a restaurant to accommodate us all. Best decision. Our chef was very personable and always ensured our needs were met. Every meal was mouth-watering. Everyone loved her cooking. As for location, it is in a very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful, calm beach at the bottom of a hill, but in the middle of a very steep hill. We had some older family members that had some difficulty getting down to the beach and back up. Since we didn't have a vehicle, we could only take them once, maybe twice. Internet is spotty, but it only was an issue for nighttime. Overall, our experience was great. Highly recommend for a large group.

Great Experience and Lasting Memories

The property was very similar to the pictures. Large, spacious and very close to the beach in addition shared amenities with Luna Beach Resort which had outstanding service that took care of our many adventures. If you want a house to host a large family this is the one! Just make sure to read fine print on electricity usage. We were aware of this beforehand so it wasn’t a surprise to us but for some it could be. Unless we missed this I think it should be clearer in the pricing of the house. Pool was excellent and kept very well clean from the staff and used regularly at night by the kids. Lastly be prepared to walk up a steep hill to get from the beach to the house as it could be a problem for some older members. Overall great house in a good low key neighborhood close to excellent services.

Retirement/Family Vacation!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at “The Miller House”!!! The space was great for our family of 14, from ages 3-60!!! The kids took over the top floor and made it their home away from home. They loved the pool at the house and the resort. The house had a great middle floor to gather as a group and share the many meals we cooked. The kitchen worked great. The house was spaced out enough to get some alone time if we needed it. Our family utilized the fitness room at the resort every day, and we were impressed with the facilities. Very up to date. If you are wanting a place to work out on vacation, you won’t be disappointed. The location was great for us!!! The resort beach was not too crowded and the grandkids loved it. We were close enough to West Bay and the West End to walk to for shopping and snorkeling!! A few of us walked to West Bay every morning to snorkel so we could have a better chance to see sea turtles etc, we were not disappointed. We encountered more fish and lobster than you could imagine, sea turtles, and even a shark on one afternoon!!! It was great!! Response from the owners and Deneis were very timely, and they helped us out with a couple questions we had. I can’t say enough good things about this trip. We will definitely come back!!!

Great Girls Get Away!!

Casa Miller and Luna Beach Resort were the perfect location for our annual girls trip. The house was spacious, modern and clean with the most comfortable beds and an ample supply of towels, both for the beach and showers. Deneis cooked a couple of meals for us and shopped for some additional groceries the day after our arrival. The food was fantastic, she was so personable, braided a few of the girls hair and even arranged for some in-home massages for a few of us. Rochelle, the property owner, was extremely responsive and helpful, the staff at Luna Beach Resort was so accommodating and kind. Nicole, the front desk representative, went over the top to ensure everyone had a great experience. Highly recommend a stay here!!! Easy walk in to West End or water taxi to West Bay. The hill to Casa Miller is a short walk but is kind of steep in the heat and humidity but doable. Luna Beach is also working on getting a golf cart in the near future for transport. Only negative we experienced is bug bites so plan accordingly, the sand fleas can be bad in the mornings and evenings so make sure you are prepared for them, regular bug spray does not work, do your research on how to avoid these. We highly recommend Amavi Charters, Rob & crew will make sure you have your best day on the island!!! They will arrange to have a shuttle pick you up at the house for a full day on their catamaran with the best snorkeling, food and drinks provided. Everyone had a fantastic time in Roatán!!!!

Hi, we are Scott and Rachelle Miller. We moved to Mesa, Arizona in 2020 with our 3 teenage kids from Redmond, Washington. We were chasing sun and a slower pace of life. Scott is a contractor/developer and has many projects going on here in AZ as well as a lot of exciting developments happening on the East End of Roatan! This home in Luna Beach sits right next to the ocean between West End and West Bay, both easily accessible. We both love to help people and provide a happier, easier way of life. I, Rachelle, am enjoying "running" our new beautiful home in Roatan and am excited to help people enjoy a relaxing, exciting beach vacation :) Thanks for looking into our home for your stay, we look forward to accommodating you!

In 2011 we were looking for a second home and dreamt of it being somewhere tropical. We had travelled to various destinations in search of something that felt like home.

We came to Roatan and immediately felt that feeling we had been chasing. On our first trip to the island, we bought our first property. We fell in love with the beautiful culture, the wonderful people and the breathtaking scenery. We then built our island dream home on the East End of the island.

Scott being a contractor saw incredible opportunity for the island. He really wanted to bring a higher standard of construction, quality, and craftsmanship to the island.

So here we are. This is our second personal home we have built here. We have many projects on the East End of the island including a luxury high-end community.

We love this island and want to bring luxury communities and homes that people can feel confident, safe, and at home on the beautiful island of Roatan.

We designed and built this house so I pretty much love everything about it! Whether it be sitting on the 2nd floor balcony swing and listening to the birds, relaxing in our private pool having a cold drink, or soaking in our private hot tub and winding down all of these things make this place so enjoyable. I love that I can take a walk down the beach to West End and enjoy the nightlife and shops or I can hop on a water taxi to go enjoy beautiful West Bay Beach. Just a 90 second walk gets me to Luna Beach Resort Restaurant where I can enjoy their amazing food and hit the coffee shop in the morning for a latte!

Our home has 6 spacious bedrooms with a total of 10 beds. (Soon to have more using pullouts under some of the beds). A beautiful 3rd floor balcony as well as a 2nd floor balcony off of the kitchen with a swing, dining area, and BBQ. 1st floor has our huge private pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower; enjoy sitting around the pool in the sun. You will find we have tried to thing and provide you with everything you may need. If there is something that you think would make your stay even better please let us know! We are here to help you have an amazing vacation!
