The property was good. It is a small simple place, but exactly what I needed. My biggest concern was that the place was advertised as a 1 bedroom but it is actually a studio.I wasn't bothered by any noise from the Wendy's, but the upstairs neighbor did have some heavy feet a few times - not enough to ruin my enjoyment, just enough to bother me a few times.
Ryan was very helpful and attentive from booking to checking in on us during the stay. The apartment was clean for the most part. Some people have higher standards than others so Iâll just explain a bit..there was trash outside when we walked in. We had a strange man confront us upon pulling into the apartment complex. There was a gate, but we never once seen the gate lock and we left and arrived back at all different times of day. There was broken glass in the parking lot that we had to avoid the entire stay. We normally walk a lot and this was not the area I would walk in so I didnât get my normal steps in that I prefer. The apartment itself was decent. The floor needed a lot of TLC. I am unsure if it had been swept/ vacuumed in several stays. The patio door was unlocked when we got there, which was odd. The apartment smelled like smoke upon arrival and randomly throughout stay. I assume from the upstairs neighbors and it coming through the vents. Speaking of the upstairs neighbors, they were very loud. You could hear every step they took at all hours of the day/ night. We were woke up several times in the early mornings to creaking and thumps from upstairs. I am unsure what they were doing. All in all this was an ok stay. If Iâm in the area again, I will look for another neighborhood that seems safer.
