This is the place for your next Pocono adventure. Open floor plan with large dining table open to kitchen and sectional seating area with wood burner and slider leading to covered deck. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a loft featuring 2 twin beds, TV, I Foosball Table and Arcade games. Enjoy smores at the fire pit in privacy as this property is surrounded by woods on the left and rear. Cruise the Community in the Golf Cart and visit the 4 lakes, beaches and playgrounds. There are tennis, pickleball and volley ball courts. Visit our large Chalet/Activity Center there is always something going on. Property includes a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances. This home has easy quick access to 940 and is in a less populated paved location in the community.
All renters must be 25yrs or older. Register here with Locust Lake Village 48 hrs before arrival.

Beautiful Home in great community

Loved our time in this cozy house in beautiful lake community. Dave was a great host, and loved having access to the golf cart and kayaks. Would visit again.

Host was amazing, very communicative and available. Even provided detailed instructions on how to get places and how to use their kayaks and golf cart which were pleasant surprises. The house was cozy, clean, and comfortable. My daughter had a great time with the toys, foosball table, and pac man machine. Our stay could not have been better, a great host really makes a difference!

Beautiful Pocono Home

We had a lovely stay. The house was well stocked with linens, kitchen essentials, paper products, and trash bags. Very cozy and comfortable. Having access to the golf cart was a highlight for my daughter. A few kids toys on the loft kept her occupied for hours and we loved the Pac Man machine. Check in was a breeze and the owner was very responsive with communication. We had a great time and would love to return.

Everything we needed!

I spent Memorial Day weekend here with my family (husband, 6 adult kids & 1 granddog). The place was easy to find, close to the entrance of the community, but not on the main road. Everyone arrived at different times Friday night. Last ones there got the loft! Saturday was a pretty crummy day due to a lot of rain, but there was plenty to do in the house, between games, books, tv, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, spices, condiments. The towels were soft and the beds were comfy. The highlight for everyone, though, was the use of the golf cart. What a great way to get to the lakes and see the community. Check in and check out was a breeze with Dave’s timely communication. We would happily stay here again!

Born in 1958 I have 3 sisters. Great childhood then a teen rebel. My poor parents I was very opiniated and independent. Was a cook at 15, Then Auto Mechanic trying to get my own shop, not easy. Homeowner at 20, married at 26 to my wife Pam who opened a small town Gallery/Frame Shop. Left auto service and opened a second shop. Romeo's Fine Arts. 3 boys later a Real Estate investor, Flipper and Mom and Pop Picture Framer for 38yrs. Retired Jan 2023 and manage and repair RE investments with my wife Pam.

We have 2 friends who have homes here and when we decided to buy in the Poconos we visited many communities but fell in love with this home. We were against homes where you had to go up a flight of stairs to get in which made it harder to get groceries and our dogs into.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our home is located close to 940 for easy access, not deep in the community where in and out access is not as easy. We are on a paved road and on our left are 2 empty lots and to our rear is about 27,000 acres of State Game Lands. A big bonus is the lower level is complete 1 step to enter and everything is there, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining area and a covered deck. A loft is available with 2 additional single beds, foosball and arcade games. Our home is updated with a sleek modern decor.
