Great Stay, Great Location

Super nice and clean abode with exceptionally nice and friendly hosts and neighbors. Weather could have been a bit more cooperative, but didn't much affect the enjoyment of our stay.

Very clean and comfortable! Was a little confused at check-in but Rich saw us wandering and helped us out. Was a relaxing weekend with a beautiful view. I was a little unclear that we were in a condo unit but worked fine for us for a few days. Thank you! We would come back. Appreciated you allowing us to bring our dog, Loki!

Spectacular view

Absolutely beautiful property with stunning view. The owners are personable and helpful. Condo was clean and delightfully appointed in a Northwoods theme! My only suggestion would be to state more clearly that it is a 2nd floor access. Might be difficult for some! Will definitely recommend this property to our friends !

Peaceful place!

Cozy condo ( cute little cabin) kids love the bunk beds in living room and love to see lakefront and took our boat and they already have parking for our boat and owners are really nice people and our dog love swimming the lake for first time!!

Rich and Mary were great communicators. The location is very nice on the lake. We were glad it wasn't hot.

Good vacation

Great place to stay. Unit had everything we needed. Nice view of the lake from the picture window or the front desk. There are 51 steps to the boat dock (very nice dock with a boat lift furnished for your fishing boat). I'm 72 and didn't have any problem with the steps just don't forget to take everything down with you. Over all we had a great time everyone there was so friendly.

Perfect Spot for a Getaway

This spot could have been more perfect! The condo was clean, cute and exactly as described. I think I said about 50 times the first day how much I loved it to my husband. Right on the lake with lots of fish to catch. We caught Walleye, Northern, Rock Bass and Small Mouth Bass. We will be making this an annual getaway from the kids and look forward to coming back if they will have us! Perfect stay!

Quiet and Pleasant

Great view from living area of lake; living room comfortable; kitchen missing a few critical items; bathroom: slippery bath tub, weak water Pressure for shower, generally dated; stairs up to the apartment very shallow requiring side stepping; inadequate cooling for all rooms (one window A/C); mattress in bedroom very soft;expected better conditions for price/cost. Notwithstanding the short comings, believe the accommodations were above average for the cabin oriented area of northern Minnesota and would stay in the apartment in a return trip to the area.

Everything You Need on the Whitefish Chain

This is a great property if you are value minded and want to enjoy all the Whitefish Chain has to offer. The unit is small, but perfect for a couple or even a small family. It was very clean and comfortable to stay in. There are some older poor reviews about the air conditioning. I will say that it is one improvement that could be made. There is only a very small wall unit in the bedroom for the entire place. While we were there it struggled to cool the unit until well after sundown, but we were having humid days in the 80s. It did cool the bedroom very well with the door closed however. Not a huge deal at all. The property is made up of two condo buildings so there are other people around the property. It has a large parking are with room for trailers if needed. The hosts stay in the unit below the rental and are very friendly. The dock system is very nice and a lift is available for a boat up to 3500 lbs. Beware of the many stairs down to the lake, don't forget the boat key... The property is located on the northwest end of Upper Whitefish. There is a landing very close by. Unfortunately, the location is about as far away from bars and sandbars on the chain as possible. It's about a 25-30 run to the The Warf or Moonlight Bay with a boat the cruises at 40 mph. Overall this property met all our expectations and is reasonably priced. We will be booking again!

A pristine condo overlooking Whitefish lake

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything worked and was very clean and homey. The property manager, who lives downstairs, was very friendly and helpful, as were his neighbors! Having a boat lift to dock our boat on the Whitefish chain was great.

We really enjoyed the view, and the property manager was on site and very helpful and friendly. There were plenty of dishes and towels and the property was very clean and organized.
