This former Vacasa property has been restored and renewed to give you a unique experience of feeling as if you were in an isolated cabin mixed in with modern charm and plenty of friendly bears decorated throughout.

For the casual traveler, I am located just 6 minutes from Downtown North Conway Shops and Attractions like the North Conway Railroad, 6 minutes from Storyland, 7 minutes from Cranmore Mountain, 11 minutes from North Conway/Settlers Green Outlet Village Outlets, and Railroad. 11 minutes to Attitash Mountain, 13 minutes to Black Mountain Ski Area, 25 minutes to Wildcat Mountain.

For more adventurous guests, the condo is 8-minutes away to Winter Sleigh Rides via the Farm by the River Stables, or 9 minutes to the beautiful cascading water falls of ‘Diana’s Baths’, or take a drive up to Mount Washington Omni Hotel for Drinks 45 minutes away or visit Santa’s Village theme park 60 minutes from this condo. Water parks, Moose Tours, Train rides and more are all a short distance away!

Real Natural wood encompasses you at every turn makes this condo feel like you’re in a real cabin. The space sleeps 4 comfortably. The queen size bedroom sleeps two and the living room sofa opens up to a queen size mattress that can sleep two together also. The sofa bed opens up directly toward the balcony and will leave you with breathtaking mountain view’s every morning!

Both television’s are oversized and supplied with Roku TV that features live Television functions and all the streaming apps needed to make this condo cozy and comfortable. (Must log in with your own credentials)

The kitchen is fully stocked with new mugs, dishes, plates, and silverware. On display is a traditional drip coffee maker but I keep a Keurig K-cup machine stored away for guests that prefer that method of cafè.

The living room nook area contains a checkers board, a Domino’s board, a tic tac toe board, and a Jenga block tower game to enjoy, along with brand new microfiber blankets in the basket to cozy up on the couch with.

Both Air Conditioners are brand new for the bed room and living room to help get through the peak hot summer months until the fall. But don’t forget there’s an in ground pool for you to use while staying here as well!

The living room also has a desk and chair incase you need a dedicated workspace to work from home in. (Just gentle move the ‘Welcome Bear’ with his Welcome Guest Book off of the table onto the floor, he doesn't bite)

WIFI password is provided upon check-in.

The Bedroom has plenty of extra pillows stored in the closet and the bench in the hallway is stored full of comforters. Sheets will be provided for the pullout mattress in the living room.

The bathroom has plenty of toiletries and towels for guests and also supplies pool towels. Guests are always encouraged to bring their own toiletries that better suit their tastes.

There’s really nothing more for you to do than book your stay, come up, relax and explore.

Note: no boo bear’s were injured during the renovation of this condo.
