The perfect Waikiki getaway in this beautifully renovated studio condo, crafted for comfort, convenience, and style. Minutes from world famous beaches, shopping, and dining, this upscale studio offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. The 20th floor condo has city/ocean views, located in Royal Garden at Waikiki. Walking distance to Waikiki Beach, Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Center, Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, International Marketplace, shops, and fine dining.

FREE offsite parking within a 5 minute walk from the condo. You can unload your luggage in the 3 minute loading zone. The condo offers Wifi, cable/TV, refrigerator, microwave, built in cooktop, cookware, dishes, utensils, Keurig, sauna, bbq grill, free laundry, and gym is included with no extra resort fees.

Royal Garden Waikiki is a condo/hotel shared by Wyndham Vacation Resorts. The room has a king size bed and a queen sofa bed. The fitness center and laundry is available for free in the hotel. We have laundry detergent and dryer sheets in the kitchen cabinets.

The building has concierge services on the main floor and 24 hour security.

Other things to note:
We have beach chairs, an umbrella, body boards on the lanai for your use during your stay. Please remove sand and rinse with water after use.

This property worked very well for our stay. The location and amenities were great. Very comfortable and ideally located. A few minor things. The information received during check in was very limited. It would be nice if the owner provided additional information for check in. We were not given information about the pool, trash location, or a few other items that would have helped. It also rained much of the time we were in Hawaii. A fan in the bathroom for the humidity would have helped to dry towels and wet clothes. An additional pan for cooking would have been nice. Only one frying pan and one pot limited our options.

A hidden gem

This place was a great find for my friends and I on spring break! We used the gym, filtered water station, and laundry room; all of which were so convenient and cleanly! There was nothing wrong with this place and on top of that, the staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here!

Didn't get value for money

We stayed at this property for 6 nights. The positives were that owner was prompt in his communication, He allowed early check-in and late check-out. Location is central and the price included parking (although parking was 6 - 8 minutes away, we knew it before we booked)The negatives - Room was extremely small. 3 adults, me, my wife and our adult son were bumping into each other while in the room. The shower area is extremely small ( approx. 2 ft x 2 ft) that we never had a good shower during our stay. Also, there were no photos posted of the shower area. Furniture was not upto mark. The AC wasn't strong enough that it wasn't comfortable at times. Overall, we weren't much happier with the cleanliness. I felt that we didn't get value for money. With my credit card discounts etc., I could have paid 10% extra and gotten a much decent room parking

The condo is located in the heart of Waikiki. If you plan to stay in Waikiki, you do not need a car. The nearest beach, restaurant, shopping, festivals and performances is a short walk.

We offer 1 king bed and a queen size sofa bed. The parking is free and included in the nightly rate. Many hotels and condos charge at least $50 per day for parking. They also charge additional resort fees. We do not charge for resort fees.
