Le Pink Plumeria est au centre de l'action pour le port de plaisance et le parc de la plage d'Ala Wai (Ala Moana), et une centaine d'autres points d'intĂ©rĂȘt magiques, tout en Ă©tant remarquablement agrĂ©able, pratique et luxueux. À 679 pieds carrĂ©s, ce condo est considĂ©rĂ© comme grand par rapport aux normes de Waikiki en bord de mer.

Imaginez-vous en train de regarder les pratiques de pirogue Ă  balancier, encourager les surfeurs de classe mondiale ou griller le coucher de soleil flamboyant avec votre mai tai dans notre condominium de luxe entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© et mis Ă  jour. Ou peut-ĂȘtre Ă©merveillĂ© par les feux d'artifice du vendredi soir au Hilton depuis l'un des meilleurs panoramas de la ville. Serein, calme, face Ă  l'ocĂ©an et Ă  la marina avec une vue Ă  180 degrĂ©s sur l'ocĂ©an et la marina. VĂ©ritable unitĂ© Ă  une chambre, une grande porte coulissante se ferme pour sĂ©parer le salon de la chambre, mais peut ĂȘtre ouverte pour donner au condo une apparence plus grande.

Notre unité est à l'extrémité Ewa plus tranquille de Waikiki, mais à quelques minutes du centre commercial Ala Moana, Hilton Hawaiian Village, Ft. Derussy, Magic Island, Duke's et 100 autres destinations tropicales, en particulier les sables blancs étincelants de Waikiki - la plage la plus amusante du monde!

Vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner? Deux restaurants «Best in Honolulu» sont Ă  moins d'une minute Ă  pied: la Chart House, et le haut de Sarento du «I. Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster et le Harbor Pub sont Ă©galement Ă  moins d'une minute Ă  pied. Sur le chemin de la plage, arrĂȘtez-vous au restaurant Cinnamon pour la nourriture, les boissons et le hula et la musique «local kine». Tout cela en une minute Ă  pied.

Les habitants adorent l'aspect et la convivialitĂ© de la marina d'Ilikai, et vous aussi. La sensation chaleureuse de l'aloha apaisera doucement vos soins pendant que vous vous dĂ©tendez dans le mode de vie local. Beaucoup de nos clients ne prennent mĂȘme pas la peine de louer une voiture; «The Bus» est rĂ©guliĂšrement classĂ© comme le meilleur systĂšme de transport public aux États-Unis.

Il y a un parking public à cÎté de notre immeuble, et le stationnement coûte actuellement 23 $ par jour. Actuellement, les clients à long terme peuvent acheter un laissez-passer de stationnement de deux mois pour 255 $. Si vous utilisez le parking attenant, vous pourrez marcher directement de votre voiture à notre unité; pas d'ascenseur ni d'escalier à monter avec vos bagages ou votre épicerie. Il y a aussi un parking public toutes les heures devant notre immeuble et autour de la marina. Les tarifs ci-dessus sont susceptibles de changer.


Nous proposons également une laveuse et une sécheuse à l'intérieur de l'unité (veuillez contacter le propriétaire si vous souhaitez l'utiliser, car le code de la ville a apporté quelques modifications nécessaires), une télévision grand écran et une climatisation centrale silencieuse! Host was great in communicating power outage 1 st night of arrivalbut the next day after several hours of construction in the building came back on. Overall the condo had everything we needed.Clean, efficient, stores walking distances away.

The view is amazing! Everything we needed in the kitchen is provided. The room is clean and comfortable like a home away from home. It was great to have a fan as we like having moving air while sleeping. Although we didnt make use, we loved that there were beach amenties available. Highly recommend booking!

Condo was great! View overlooking the marina was fabulous! The ONLY downside was the parking garage. There was a literal traffic jam inside the parking garage, mostly due to the very confusing process of paying to park. Luckily, that was our last night & we had the process figured out but not everyone was so lucky. Other than that little snafu, we had a fantastic time! There were beach chairs, umbrella, & backpack in the condo so it made it super easy to spend the day on the beach. A wagon would be helpful so you could carry that to the beach but we loaded up our Jeep and off we went. It was an amazing time! 100% recommend!!

The Pink Plummeria is an amazing place to stay! It is in a perfect location-close to everything in Waikiki, but quieter than expected. The owners have outfitted it exceptionally well-this is where it makes for a great place to stay. They have thought of everything-beach chairs, snorkeling gear, books, games, extra fans, and a full kitchen! It is short walk to Ala Moana Park, the Mall, and the Lagoon and beach at the Hilton Village. There is no shortage of good food around (get the Açaí Bowls at Tropical Tribe, next to the McDonald’s across the street!). Staying here will truly make your vacation better-I can’t wait to stay there again!

Great Location, Communication and Property

The condo is located in a very advantageous position in that you can easily walk to the beach, the mall and to Waikiki The beach is about a five minute walk, same with the mall and Waikiki’s main strip to Waikiki Beach maybe 10-15 minutes. The 5th floor of the parking garage also connects easily to the floor this condo is on and charges about 35 a night. There is 15 public parking across the street as well and a local rentals from Budget and Alamo rent a car which was about 100 a day and cheaper for multiple days.In terms of communication the owners were very helpful before the stay in answering any questions and staying in contact. They also gave heads up about repairs being done to lanais during the stay and a monthly pest inspection that would occur. The on site person was also available though not really needed during the stay. In terms of the condo it is very clean and very well appointed with everything you would need. The only minus is not having a washer/dryer in the unit although their is a public laundry on the 8th floor. For taller people the shower is a little low but manageable and has good heat and water pressure. The lanai was unavailable during my stay due to repairs and is really a standing lanai that overlooks the harbor. Just FYI there is a restaurant below that plays live music that you will hear until 10 pm each night. This could be a positive or negative depending on the person and you will also hear occasional fireworks.

Amazing Location for Water Activities!

We stayed in this condo from 10/01 - 10/08 in 2024, and were very happy with it! There are a ton of walkable activities nearby, but even if you have a car, parking on the 5th floor and walking in to the condo was a breeze! I only gave it a 4-star on the listing accuracy because the "king size" bed is definitely two twin beds pushed together. Other than that, we really enjoyed the stay!

Great place to stay! Erica and Rex are awesome hosts and gave us lots of information and insider tips, like Hawaiian music on channel 800 24/7 which we enjoyed everyday and made us truly feel we were in Hawaii! The kitchen was stocked with all of the standard cooking items plus extras that we rarely find in a vrbo like cooking spray, cheese grater, colander, pitcher, sheet trays, foil, plastic wrap etc. the coffee maker takes basket filters. There was a closet full of beach goodies to use including boogie boards, chairs, noodles and a cooler plus a few other things I have forgotten. Also provided was another closet with books as well as the essential blue book Oahu revealed to use, had I known wouldn't have lugged mine all the way over and back. We walked to the Ala Moana park every morning and also took several walks over to the Ala Moana mall which is huge and has an excellent food court. The location affords easy access to all highways for island exploration and parking in the garage on the 5th floor allows you to walk to the condo without taking an elevator. We enjoyed our stay and would come back. Thank you Erica and Rex for sharing your place with us.

Relaxing view convenient location

This condo was exactly as presented, with a stellar view of the marina! It was completely well stocked in the kitchen and everywhere. There was great communication between us and the owners and property manager. The location is walking distance to major beaches, restaurants, and shops. You can walk to view Luau’s for free given by the major hotels nearby, and watch Friday night fireworks . It is also easy to walk to the swimming beaches. Our condo was on the fifth floor and was quiet, no street noise or noise from the nearby restaurants. The bed was VERY comfortable, and the sofa bed was OK but not the most comfortable. We had one minor plumbing problem which was quickly fixed. We paid $23 a Night for parking which was less than surrounding areas and it was easy to walk in and out of the condo from the fifth floor. We did not enjoy driving up and down the parking structure but that comes from staying in a major metropolitan area. We found it rather grueling to drive around because we did a lot of back-and-forth driving and found the lanes, signals,pedestrians, quite a challenge to manuever about. If we needed to drive somewhere beyond walking distance we found parking challenging. I would probably Uber around next time. Anyhow, A+ for the condo, C- for driving in Waikiki

Excellent condo, wonderful owners

This condo is located in an area that is easily accessible to all kinds of activities. Rex and Erica have outfitted it with anything you would need. They are very nice and accommodating. It was a delight to stay here and to deal with them. When we had a problem it was dealt with immediately. Read the binder left in the condo, it will explain everything and you will have a terrific stay!

Rex and Erica and fantastic hosts. The communication was above and beyond and their Oahu contact responded to my texts straight away. Erica made a binder with everything you need to know about the condo as well as recommendations on restaurants and fun activities to do and see. The location is perfect. Just few blocks from Ala Moana Center where you’ll find my fav Foodland Farms
try their Poke. The condo overlooks the harbor and you can see the beach from balcony. The kitchen is beautiful and is fully stocked with all appliances, dinner ware and cutlery. You don’t need a thing. The bath is spacious as is the bedroom. The bed is so comfortable. There’s a small TV on the dress and both the large smart TV and bedroom TV have cable. I was also able to log into my Netflix account with WiFi which was recently upgraded. The condo is easy to access and if you rented a car there are always spots on the 3rd and 4th floor. Even the staff at the Ilikai Harbour were wonderful. My daughter and I felt completely safe at all times and we had an amazing time. I will definitely be going back to Pink Plumeria. No more hotels for me!

Spectacular view

The place was as advertised, comfortable and plenty of space. The owners keep several items there for your use at the beach. The parking was very convenient and affordable. The owners and their local point of contact were all very nice and very prompt with all responses to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking for a great location for a reasonable price.

Honolulu Stay

Location of condo is ideal, it’s close to everything - beach, restaurants, mall etc. Communication with the host was smooth, no issues. The condo has everything you need for your stay. Furniture seems a bit outdated, but comfortable. The balcony is only big enough to stand, no real space to sit down and enjoy your morning brew, but the views and sunset make up for that. The washer and dryer was out of service in the condo so we had to pay to use the community laundry on the 8th floor which was inconvenient. There was an issue with roaches in the kitchen area of the condo but apparently this is an issue everywhere in Hawaii, the guide book that’s left for you explains that they’re everywhere but they fumigate the building regularly - it’s still shocking when you randomly see them running on the counter and under the sink so that’s something to consider. Overall the condo was nice and would stay again

Just a little about us: I am a former University professor, small business owner, and management consultant for many years. Currently I am a business broker specializing in helping people buy or sell their smaller businesses in the Central Coast area of California.

My wife lived on Oahu in Lanikai and Kailua for many years, and was a successful chiropractor in Kailua. She is now a chiropractor practicing in the Santa Cruz, CA. Although she still considers herself a novice, she loves dancing and performing hula shows with her halau (hula school).

Both my wife and I love the Hawaiian people, the culture, and the Hawaiian oceansports. We have both been avid outrigger paddlers and racers for many years. I have been surfing since I was 4 years old. We get into the water whenever we can...which is never enough of course! Part of our commitment to Hawaii is to cherish and respect our opportunity to own a condo in the Land of Aloha.

We fell in love with our condo as soon as we saw it. It is in one of the most laid back areas of Waikiki, and is right next to where my wife's father worked at the old Kaiser Hospital for many years. He loved this neighborhood and lived in it for years.

Our condo is very nicely appointed, upscale, refurbished throughout, and is wonderful for those of you looking for a little less intensity with a little more of the local-kine feel of the neighborhood. Our proximity to the Hilton gives us the same beach and play opportunities, at much less cost.
