Romar Lakes has the best of all worlds! Enjoy the quiet peacefulness of Romar Lakes on the first floor with direct lake access to enjoy fishing outside your back door! Enjoy the wonderful amenities of the complex with pool and gazebo access.....and to make it even better, you will have direct crosswalk (with a street light) access to the beautiful white sandy beaches! If you enjoy rest&enjoyment, all while having your direct beach access, this unit is perfect for you! Plenty room/full kitchen!

The Space:
Unit 105B is located on the ground floor with parking right in front of the unit door!

Upon entering the unit you will immediately see queen bedroom 1.

Take a left down the hallway to find the king master bedroom on the left with en-suite bathroom.

On the right handed wall is the jack-n-jill bathroom that connects the 2 queen bedrooms. The 2nd queen bedroom is also on the right handed wall.

On the left hand wall leading into the living space is the laundry with washer/dryer.

As you walk into the living space, you will see the fully stocked kitchen on the right with barstools and dining room table.

On the left is the living room with chairs and couch.

Directly off the living room is the patio access that overlooks the lake where you can fish and enjoy the wildlife from the nature preserve.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the pool, everything inside the unit and private balcony! Guests also have private access to the beach with streetlight walking!

The pool is private for guests only and you can enjoy the gazebo area over the lake.

Guest have private deeded beach access across the street with a 0.4 mile walk. There is a crosslight that will directly guide you across the road to the white sandy beaches!

Other Things to Note:
Please eat at designated eating areas to avoid stain on furniture.

Interaction with Guests:
We will be available via Airbnb to help each guest before, during, and after their stay.
