**AVOID** the host cancelled accommodation at the last minute which meant we couldn't attend a family wedding and than wouldn't answer my message when I was looking for a refund. He kept all my money and refused to pay. which I'd read the other reviews about him

Disappointing that VRBO property 4128403 was not as listed by VRBO. Amenities incorrectly available 4 Bedroom NO, bathroom 2 NO tub, hot tub NO, dryer NO, BBQ Grill NO, dishwasher not connected, ice maker NO, coffee maker NO, coffee maker NO, spa whirlpool NO, travel crib NO, baby dishes and utensils NO. Other issues involve hot water coming out of both sink taps in bedroom bathroom. Ceiling light fixture in one bedroom falling off ceiling soon to hang by the wires. Small 2 piece bathroom with towel rack coming off wall. Wiring in bedroom also connected to kitchen outlets so blew out our travel air blower. Upper toilet does noit flush fully, no water flow to remove waste. Advertised to sleep six but only 4 chairs at kitchen table. Sugar bowl empty and dirty inside. No ice cube tray in freezer. The cupboard door over stove falls off wall. No florescent bulb in two bathrooms above mirrors. Bedroom window latch broken and window won't fully close. The location is ideal for visiting Cashel and the Rock of Cashel Castle. Other than that a lot of work should be done to improve the facility. The host directed the problems to VRBO who he blamed for the incorrect posts. But the host also has to take responsibility for the lack of repairs.

Affordable and just as described!

The place was great for our family of 6. We just needed a spot to stay with enough beds and bathrooms and close to the town of Cashel. It is very bare bones but it was exactly as described in the listing.

Clean and comfortable

The space was perfect for us and Justin was readily available when we had an unexpected issue getting in. The house is clean, quiet and met all of our expectations. We were only in Cashel for a short visit to The Rock on our way back to Dublin.

Inaccurate Description

Great location to Rock of Cashel. The home was clean. We had difficulty getting in to the property because the instructions were not completely accurate. Justin did respond to our phone call and was able to talk us through it. The description in the listing was inaccurate. It listed ot has 4 bedrooms with each a bathroom and king beds. It really is a 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bathroom place with 2 full size beds and a single bed. The couch folds down into a fullsize bed and we were told the living room is the 4th bedroom according to VRBO. We were notified on the afternoon of check in that the main shower was not working so everyone had to use the ensuite shower. Justin had to come over to turn on the heat because the place was cold. When we spoke to him about the inaccuracy of the listing, Justin became defensive and was started shouting at us.
