Youâre invited to enjoy your weekends or vacations in Mont-Tremblant at our modern yet comfortable home. This chalet, located in the middle of the forest, is a haven of peace. The combination of a private location, outdoor amenities and cozy design will allow you to relax with family or friends after an afternoon full of activities. Our home can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests and is located only 18 minutes from the Mont-Tremblant Pedestrian Village and Ski Resort.
The Space
As you enter the main living area, youâll be greeted by a large sectional couch, gas fireplace, and Smart TV. The lower level of the home provides a secondary living room with a couch and Smart TV, next to the sliding patio doors accessing the firepit area.
Kitchen and Dining
The large kitchen is equipped with all cooking and baking basics, and appliances such as a kettle, Keurig, Nespresso Vertuo, toaster, dishwasher, and blender. The outdoor patio also offers a BBQ year-round for your convenience. All you need to bring is your food, coffee, and spices! The indoor dining area overlooks the patio with forest views. A high chair is also available in the home for your little one.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
This home has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Bedroom #1 features a King size bed and private ensuite. Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed and private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a Queen size bed as well and Bedroom #4 has a Single over Double bunk bed. All 3 full bathrooms in this home include a shower.

Our home includes a washer and dryer available for use during your stay.

Our Bel Air Retreat has an abundance of outdoor amenities for you to enjoy during your stay, such as the BBQ, sun loungers, fire pit, muskoka chairs, gas fireplace, and a private hot tub.

La grande cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e de tous les Ă©lĂ©ments de base pour la prĂ©paration et la cuisson des plats, ainsi que d`appareils tels qu`une bouilloire, une cafetiĂšre Keurig, une machine Ă cafĂ© Nespresso Vertuo, un grille-pain, un lave-vaisselle et un mixeur. Le patio extĂ©rieur est Ă©galement Ă©quipĂ© d`un barbecue tout au long de l`annĂ©e. Il vous suffit d`apporter votre nourriture, votre cafĂ©, et vos Ă©pices ! La salle Ă manger intĂ©rieure donne sur le patio et offre une vue sur la forĂȘt. Une chaise haute est Ă©galement disponible dans la maison pour votre enfant.

Cette maison dispose de quatre chambres et de trois salles de bains complÚtes. La chambre 1 dispose d`un lit King et d`une salle de bain privée. La chambre 2 dispose d`un lit Queen et d`une salle de bain privée. La chambre 3 dispose également d`un lit Queen et la chambre 4 d`un lit superposé simple sur double. Les trois salles de bains complÚtes de cette maison sont équipées d`une douche.
Lessive
Notre maison est équipée d`une machine à laver et un sÚche-linge que vous pouvez utiliser pendant votre séjour.
L`extérieur
Notre Bel Air dispose d`une abondance d`équipements extérieurs dont vous pourrez profiter pendant votre séjour, tels que le barbecue, les chaises longues, le foyer, les chaises muskoka, la cheminée à gaz et un bain à remous privé.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.
2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.
4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.
5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.
6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.
7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.
9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Townâs Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.
10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.
11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.
12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.
13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.
14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.
15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.
16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renterâs damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.
