This was our first time staying in this complex and it was wonderful! The unit was well maintained had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and the property manager was as well. We had a problem with the refrigerator and they messaged us back immediately and came over to look at the problem. The view was amazing as was the pool, and it was so nice having a beach near by at Sandy Hill Bay. Grocery stores were close and it was a short drive to Shoal Bay East and Island Harbour (10-15 minutes). I would highly recommend 7 Summers.

This is a very cozy and well-equipped condo in a stunning location with spectacular views. There's both a Keurig and regular coffee maker, and a waffle iron but no toaster or microwave. Water is from a cistern, so plan to boil water or use bottled water for cooking and drinking (wish I'd known that in advance). The complex is a short walk to a sweet little beach. I'm rating it 5 stars although there were a few issues, because those were beyond the host's control and the property is great and an unbeatable value. • The road to the condo was closed (Jan. 2026) with a somewhat harrowing detour in place. Following the GPS got us lost.• Property manager was away. Covering staff didn't seem to know we were coming. Didn't get garage key until day 5, so couldn't access washer and beach chairs. • We lost power the last night from about 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Anguilla is rustic and this happens. There are candles and rechargeable lantern and you can light the gas stove with a match, but keep in mind you won't have a/c, fans, and running water eventually (electric pump) or any medical equipment such as CPAP machine.All said, I loved it here and would definitely recommend and stay again.

While the pool was lovely, there is no shady area. A large umbrella like some of the other units had would have been helpful. We enjoyed our cozy unit, but would have liked a tea kettle, toaster, and a vegetable peeler.Overall, Anguilla is a beautiful island with lovely beaches and we hope to return sometime. Sandy Hill is a quiet peaceful place to enjoy the waves and ocean views. Everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming.
