Kevin the host was great. Lots of communication about the house and aminities. House was perfect for out of town family coming in to Almaden for Thanksgiving. Tons of room for kids to roam and crawl around. There are a LOT of stairs which can be a challenge for elderly guests.

Sisters Wedding

My sister got married nearby, and this home was the perfect place for my family and me to stay. The space was ideal for multiple families, with beautiful views and stunning grounds. Kevin, the property manager, was outstanding — incredibly communicative, welcoming, and professional. He kindly gave us a tour of the property and even left a thoughtful welcome package. Every time I reached out, he responded quickly and helpfully. The home itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and of exceptional quality.

Great place to stay!

We loved this house and all of the amenities it has on property. We had a group of children who thoroughly enjoyed every day we stayed. Plenty of rooms and areas for all to enjoy!

What an amazing staycation! Best VRBO home we have ever stayed at!

Our stay at Kevin's VRBO property was nothing short of extraordinary. A few friends and I decided to have a staycation in the Bay Area, and this turned out to be the most epic weekend we've ever shared as families. The kids were in heaven with the incredible amenities – from the pristine pool and relaxing jacuzzi to the pickleball and basketball courts, not to mention all the indoor games. They were entertained the entire time! Kevin, the host, truly deserves the "Host and Concierge of the Year" award. His attentiveness and responsiveness to our every need made us feel completely spoiled. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The house itself is stunning, with a spacious floor plan and multiple areas to entertain, dine, play, and simply hang out. But it’s more than just a home; you’re renting a full property, set on several acres in a beautiful part of San Jose. The breathtaking views were both relaxing and inspiring. We especially loved the pickleball court and spent our evenings by the fire pit, enjoying the BBQ under the stars. Thank you, Kevin, for putting an exclamation point on our summer and for sharing this incredible home. We can’t wait to return!
