Welcome to Stone Harbor’s "Sail Away" - a truly waterfront condo, surrounded by bay views to the West and North. This first floor unit is an ideal escape, located a few short blocks to the shops, restaurants and activities of downtown Stone Harbor.



This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is a perfect place to soak in the beauty and serenity of Stone Harbor! This quiet, first floor unit (about 12 steps required to enter from ground to front door) is front row to the beauty of the bay, just steps from the 96th Street shopping corridor - and a few blocks from the beach. After a day enjoying all the shore has to offer, relax and unwind on the dock (Stone Harbor’s largest) for sunset, some of the best fishing in the area, crabbing, or simply swimming or soaking up the salty air.



Enter into the open living area, with a kitchen, dedicated dining area, and family room with a small Smart TV. The main bedroom features a brand new King bed, with a full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two brand new twin beds. There is a full hall bathroom (with shower / tub combo) and washer + dryer. Finally, a small semi-private sitting area outside the front door will make your stay comfortable. Park your car in the dedicated off-street space, and walk to EVERYTHING Stone Harbor has to offer…including the beach, Stone Harbor’s shops and dining, several playgrounds, an arcade, The Reeds, Springers, family-friendly activities, and more! This condo sleeps 4 guests (plus 2 additional if you request use of the pullout couch), but sorry, we can’t accept pets. Future upgrades are in the plans for 2025. Book now to take advantage of pre-renovation pricing.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.

No Underage or Party Groups: We are unable to accommodate underage groups, including prom weekends, Senior Week, or any large gatherings.
