The first floor features a serene master bedroom with a plush king-sized bed, an elegant en-suite bathroom, split AC, a smart TV, and a ceiling fan, creating the perfect sanctuary for relaxation. Adjacent to this room are an additional bedroom with two queen-sized beds and a versatile game room, both sharing a full bathroom. Additionally, there is a fourth king-sized bedroom located downstairs. For added convenience, the house also includes accessible laundry facilities.
