The fourth bedroom is a downstairs master suite, designed as an additional dwelling unit, with a separate entrance accessible from the exterior of the main house. This spacious master suite features a kitchen (excluding the oven), a full bathroom, washer and dryer, a split air conditioner and a smart television.
