Paradise on the Bay at âOne Particular Harbour by Margaritaville" offers tropical, resort-like amenities with a heated pool, splash pad, gas barbecue grills and playground for the kids. One Particular Harbor offers award-winning waterfront resort living on Florida's last private island. This lovely rental is an ideal place to spend your vacation, as it is equipped with many stunning amenities. Paradise on the Bay is a spacious three bedroom bay-view condo featuring a king in the primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a second ensuite bedroom with king bed and a queen and twin bed in the third bedroom. This condo features an open-floor plan with full sliders in the living room that open onto the screened lanai with breathtaking sunset views of Florida's Favorite Beach Community! The fully-equipped kitchen features granite countertops with breakfast bar so you can prepare a full course meal or quick snack. You can enjoy your meals in the dining area or on the screened balcony.
One Particular Harbor offers award winning waterfront resort living on Florida's last private island. This lovely rental is an ideal place to spend your vacation as it is equipped with many stunning amenities.
RESORT AMENITIES
Marina Walk Amenities - Resort Amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include free Wi-Fi, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is on site to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is also on site and only a short walk away.
Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional luxurious amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.

Located on a private island 2 minute drive over the bridge to Manatee Beach with all the beach gear provided!
The condo's prime location offers easy access to the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters that make this area a top vacation destination.
GATED COMMUNITY
This property is located in a secure, gated community. A fob is required to access the gates, and you can conveniently pick one up 24/7 at our location on Manatee Avenue, making your arrival seamless.
LINEN PROGRAM
This property is part of our Professional Linen Program. At Coastal Chic Vacations, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality experience for our guests. Our professional linen service ensures high-quality, hypoallergenic linens are ready for your use upon arrival. These linens are laundered in a commercial setting using only perfume and dye-free soaps, guaranteeing a comfortable and luxurious stay.

* Assigned parking space
* You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
* Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.
* The elevator is offered as a convenience and not as a guaranteed amenity. If the elevator becomes inoperable for any reason, the stairs will be the only means of access to other floors. No refunds, discounts, or credits will be provided due to the elevator being unavailable.
