The ultimate Hill Country getaway awaits at Lavendel Haus! This spacious country style home offers all the charm and ambience of classic Fredericksburg, with the added convenience and comfort of modern updates and amenities! Guests can enjoy the onsite recreation room with a wet bar, the private gym with attached steam room, or the spacious outdoor entertainment area complete with a gas fire-pit, private hot tub, and dining table. Inside the home are two cozy Queen bedrooms, plus a loft with two twin trundle beds, bringing the total occupancy of this chic cottage to 8 guests! The fully outfitted kitchen offers an assortment of small appliances and cooking essentials, plus a washer/dryer exclusively for guest use. Relax and rejuvenate in front of the living room fireplace, or enjoy a starry Texas night in the private backyard!

· · Rates for this property are based on double occupancy, additional persons beyond 2 will be charged $35 per person per night · ·

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Perfection Hill Country Getaway

The Lavendel Haus is absolute perfection! We could not believe how beautiful and well appointed this house was. Everything was stunning! One of the best homes we have ever rented. Quiet location in the hills of Fredericksburg yet 10 mins.. to Main Street. We will definitely return!!!

Beautiful but needs some tlc

It's a beautiful home and property, close enough to everything good but not right in the middle of the chaos. Spiders had overrun the speakeasy but maintenance came out and sprayed and killed all of them for us. There were still some cobwebs in the chandelier but as it was pretty high I doubt he could reach it. Some of the boards on the porch are loose so be cautious going up the stairs. There are a million light switches and some of them I still have no idea what they do. We tried to turn on the fans on the porch and couldn't find the switch for them. One of us pushed a bunch of switches and it still would t turn on but when we awoke the next morning they were on so I have no idea. I assume because it's an older home these things happen but all in all beautiful place to stay, just needs a little tlc or some labeling. Xoxo

We loved our stay!

Bath mats would help with slickness of tubs. We were surprised to find that the third bathroom was in another building. One couple could not come at the last minute, so the two couples were comfortable and really enjoyed the property. It is fine for two couples and some children, but we believe three couples would have been cramped and those who Sleep upstairs must descend them to go to the bathroom at night. We are glad it turned out that we were only two couples. We will check with Absolute Charm again when we need rentals.

A fun place to stay

The house was very nice, but we were expecting 3 bedrooms with 3 adjoining bathrooms. The third bedroom was only a loft with no bathroom, closet, or any place to put clothes, so she had to go downstairs to hang clothes. One of us had to leave the house and go to the other building in order to shower the next morning. There were no towels there. The hot tub was not clean, the water was very murky. The deck could have used a washing. I think you should be more accurate with the description.

We loved our stay!

Omg this place is ✹Enchanting✹ such a quaint little town but the house was absolutely beautiful and had enough room for the whole family with space to spare. Beds were incredibly comfortable and I have a bad back so that's super important to me. It has a full gym and a speakeasy that we hosted a late night soirĂ©e in and we all just had the best time. I had trouble with the tub and the property manager came out immediately to check it out. Turns out I just didn't know how to turn it on but it was a nice touch and made us feel taken care of. Five stars. Would definitely recommend and we'll be back â˜ș

My wife and I had the privilege of staying at this beautiful house in Fredericksburg, Texas. The location is ideal—close to all the charming restaurants and shops in town. The property itself was easily accessible yet private enough to offer a real sense of peace. The space was spacious and impeccably clean, with all appliances and furniture feeling fresh and brand new. The property featured lightning-fast Wi-Fi and refreshingly cold air conditioning. A nice touch was the ambiance upon entering the house, with pleasant music playing softly over the TV. The showers had exceptionally strong water pressure, and the beds were large, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The outdoor space was another highlight, featuring an outdoor bathtub and a large gathering area with a fire pit in the center. We enjoyed a cozy bonfire with marshmallows in the evening. On our second night, we took a dip in the hot tub under the stars—an unforgettable experience. Lastly, this unique property offers a speakeasy, which is a separate structure behind the residence. It's quite the sight, with a beautifully designed interior large enough to host a big party. Overall, this is a premier place to stay in Fredericksburg, and I anticipate it will be fully booked in the upcoming months. We can't wait to stay here again and highly recommend it.
