The house is located on a beautiful quiet street. The house is large and lots of different places to hang out. Cash, our property manager was very helpful.!

Beautiful home!

This property is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice! It was our first time in Kauai and we were happy to stay in a home large enough for our family of six to spread out! Highly recommend this home and we hope to return in the future.

Overall very happy with our stay. The house has a nice view of the golf course and is well maintained and cleaned. Host was very responsive and helpful. I wish I had known the house does not have AC ahead of time. I dont think it's a problem most time of the year, but we went in late august and it did get very hot and humid during the day.

Picture Perfect

We stayed for a week and this property was perfect. The views are amazing and the location is great. It's a short drive to restaurants and great beaches but in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. Communicating with the home was really good. He returned emails very quickly. We are very appreciative of the bikes, games,and beach toys that the homeowner let us borrow. That is very helpful when traveling from far away.

Amazing property!!! Awesome views, perfect location

We loved this house right on the Princeville Golf Course!!! It is absolutely beautiful, and the location is perfect. We enjoyed the amazing views from the lanai, riding the provided bikes, walking to see the sunset on the golf course, and the close proximity to all the North Shore beaches! We really appreciated the provided beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards. and other supplies! The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds and living room furniture were super comfortable. We’d recommend this place for sure!!!

Beautiful home!

We loved our stay here! The kitchen was well equipped - even had a stand mixer which I loved. We loved all of the beach supplies and towels. It was a great space to spend Christmas in. There are stairs that separate the two levels, so if you have people that can't do stairs as much just be aware. The location was amazing. We loved walking and running around the area. It's got a great view for sunsets and we really enjoyed the patio. There is no AC which was fine for us in December, but have no idea how hot it would feel in the summer. We were really close to the grocery store and a short drive to Hanalei and Kilauea. Overall, we would stay here again!

Gorgeous, Stylish Home in Stunning Princeville

Our stay at this Princeville property was absolutely wonderful. The house was gorgeous—spacious, modern, and beautifully styled with thoughtful touches throughout. It felt like a luxurious home away from home.The backyard opened right onto the golf course, offering peaceful views and breathtaking sunsets each evening. The professional-grade kitchen was a standout feature—we loved preparing family meals together and enjoying them in the open, airy outside space.The kids had a fantastic time and felt right at home, and we appreciated the short drive to many beautiful beaches in the area. Although it rained on and off during our stay, it didn’t take away from the experience. We still managed to explore the stunning north side of Kauai and enjoy everything the house had to offer.Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive, with clear and easy check-in instructions. Overall, this was a perfect home base for our Kauai adventure and a place we’d absolutely return to. Highly recommended!

Would recommend this home for the beautiful views, convenient location, and well equipped/comfortable amenities. Our stay was overall a great experience aside from a few hiccups. Issues with the crib and highchair were very inconvenient but were resolved. The ice maker didn't work. When notified, the manager acknowledged problems with the icemaker, and brought us a bag of ice. The wifi was very spotty and required a full Spectrum reset every morning to still only intermittently work. Therefore, neither television worked reliably. However, there was an incredible view of the nesting Albatrosses on the golf course and a gorgeous view of the sunset which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Perfect Vacation

Wow! We feel so lucky that this home was available and in our budget for our trip to Kauai! Sitting on the best three holes of the Makai golf course, looking at the ocean and mountains, the location literally could not be more spectacular. Just steps from the prettiest sunset in Princeville. Plus, albatross nesting mere feet away from the patio. Walking distance from 1 Hotel for coffees and drinks and a quick drive to Hanalei Bay. Beaches abound to choose from! We were two couples and our one year old son and we had the mose wonderful time. Our hosts gave us insider info on the best parking for certain beaches and great local tips. The house itself is spectacular! Modern, clean, huge kitchen and lanai, great living space to hang out and the rooms are separated at opposite ends for privacy. Loved all the beach supplies and outdoor shower. My husband and I nearly pulled the trigger on booking our return before we even departed. We hope this home stays in our budget because we would absolutely stay again in a heartbeat!
