Lovely place!

Our family has been coming to Fripp for nearly 30 years, and this was one of our favorite places! Perfect, quiet location — the neighborhood pool is fantastic and never crowded. We’ll come again!

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for my family. Loved the location. Evenings were spent watching the deer in the yard which my granddaughter loved. We will be back. We absolutely love Fripp Island.

Fripp Tripp 2020

We have nothing but amazing things to say about the house and the owners. We have been coming to Fripp for years and this was by far our favorite house! This house was stocked with towels, pot and pans etc better than any house we have stayed in. The owners are great and we would rent from them again!

Family Fall Trip

We have been coming to Fripp for 21 years. First time we stayed somewhere other than family home. This is an awesome home! Everything you need is here. The Carter’s answered all our questions very quickly. We will definitely stay here again and hope to be back soon!!

We stayed at fripp last year and the golf cart wasn’t to good and didn’t have much ac but this year was complete opposite. The golf cart this year was TOP NOTCH. Would deffintley recommend

Everything is there!

First time at Fripp and we had a great time. The property had everything we needed so don’t take anything. We didn’t realize there was a problem with the golf cart till a few days in but a quick text and it was replaced. The kitchen needs some updating but what kitchen doesn’t. Overall a great stay.

Absolutely perfect!

We had an absolutely wonderful time here! Very clean and comfortable. The house had everything we needed, all the comforts of home. We packed chairs and beach toys and didn't even need to, the house was so well stocked. When my daughter tore a hole in her favorite stuffed animal we even came across a sewing kit that saved us from a toddler melt down. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and check in and check out were a breeze. The golf cart was fun and easy to use to get around and my elderly parents only had one set of steps to navigate, which was hard to find when renting on the island. Coffee on the beautiful porch is a must! We would absolutely rent again!

Gem of a property

With the neighborhood pool, two row golf cart, and bunks, this is a perfect house for a family to stay at Fripp. Property manager was extremely fast responding to questions. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Excellent stay with everything we could possibly need.

House was in a great location. We loved having the private small pool to hang out with the family. Our friends were staying at a larger beach house on tarpon boulevard. It was handy having the six-seater golf cart to take to the beach daily. I should also mention that the house is stocked with everything you could possibly need for the beach including bicycles, Boogie boards, umbrellas, nice comfortable Beach chairs, beach toys, footballs, fishing gear, and a kayak. Everything was in great condition. The house was decorated nicely and had an amazing collection of books. The bathrooms were small but clean and as described. We had a great stay.

Great house next to neighborhood pool

Had a great stay! The golf cart, bikes, and the neighborhood pool around the corner were awesome amenities that we used alot. Also nice were the beach toys and chairs provided because who wants to pack those. I loved having a nearly empty pantry and large fridge to keep groceries. The house is also very close to a nature boardwalk were you can see beautiful sunset views.
