Nous avons construit et meublé notre maison (1 800 pieds carrés) en pensant aux familles en vacances et aux golfeurs. Literie - 1 King, 2 Queen, 1 simple.

Notre intĂ©rieur rĂ©cemment repeint et notre maison rĂ©novĂ©e sont situĂ©s dans le quartier des bungalows de plage de Veranda Beach sur l’üle Fripp, conçu par un architecte.

Admirez la vue imprenable sur l’ocĂ©an et l’entrĂ©e des porches surplombant le complexe Cabana Club, qui comprend une piscine chauffĂ©e ovale, une piscine de style lagon, une pataugeoire, une boutique de souvenirs et un restaurant-grill offrant une vue incroyable sur l’ocĂ©an Atlantique. Nos hĂŽtes de vacances aiment la commoditĂ©.

Les enfants et les adultes apprĂ©cient cette Ăźle privĂ©e de trois milles et demi de plages vierges oĂč l'on peut voir des tortues caouannes, des cerfs, des ratons laveurs, des alligators, des balbuzards pĂȘcheurs, des hĂ©rons, des aigrettes et des dauphins.

Great vacation

We enjoyed the house. I think update pictures of the bedrooms would be helpful as they didn’t clearly show the third bedroom but it was great. It was the most well stocked kitchen we’ve used and a great location near the cabana pool.

Very Relaxing and Quiet

The property location was ideal for us. Beautiful view of the water and we always had a nice ocean breeze. Property needs a bit of maintenance and could use some updating but was clean and as advertised. Owner was very responsive at all times and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Second time staying here.

We've stayed at Hanks house twice and both times have been great. The couple minor problems have been addressed right away. This house is always on our list when we look for a Fripp Island rental.

Long weekend

My family stayed here for a wedding in Beaufort. The property was exactly as advertised. Nice view of the sound, near the pool, and plenty beautiful oaks overhanging the road. The best part is the property manger “Hank” she is incredible responsive answers all of your questions and eliminates the u owns of going to a new property. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Owner communicated very well. This location is very private & close to the Cabana Pool. Since it was after Labor Day a few places were seasonal on island. Otherwise a great stay.

We were a family of four with two teenage daughters and our stay was during July. We really enjoyed this house. We will definitely be back. Everything was clean and in working order. The kitchen was thoroughly stocked with cookware, cooking utensils and accessories. We had no issues cooking meals. We used the charcoal grill a couple of times. Having three bedrooms, it was great having separate rooms for our daughters. The views were great and the proximity to the neighborhood pool was ideal. The closest beach access is a bit far for walking (especially if you are hauling gear) but we opted to rent a golf cart. On the golf cart, the beach was about 5 minutes away. The owner was great to work with. He was quick to respond to our questions during booking and prior to check-in. He made the arrangements for our vehicle pass and amenity cards. Everything was waiting for us when we arrived on Fripp Island. While the owner doesn't use keyless entry, getting into the house was easy.Overall it was a great experience. The whole family was bummed when the week ended and we headed back to reality.

Nice house, nice stay

The house is fairly well appointed and was fine for our stay. It is getting a bit tired and in need of an overhaul and deep cleaning. The bedrooms are all spacious and it is nice that all can have dedicated bathrooms. The porches are nice and get some lovely breezes though they are not screened. Hank is very easy to work with and very helpful with all the resort passes needed during our stay. He has recently switched the house to streaming service which we found very limiting. Getting sports can be much harder without access to live local stations.

A nice enough property with a gorgeous view

This property is exactly as it is pictured. It isn’t updated or remodeled, but it is comfortable enough for beach house that you’re not in that much anyway. The view of the ocean is what makes this property the most desirable over other similar properties that are a little more updated. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. They also had cleaning products/dishwasher tabs/trash bags for use, which isn’t always the case. The beds are very comfortable. The owner of the property is very communicative and makes check in and check out easy. Those are my positives. My biggest complaint for this property is that it does not come with amenity cards like some of the other ones do, which I think it should. The owners charge $50/card. You cannot use the activity center/pool/restaurants/ice cream truck/pizza truck, basically anything on the island other than the beach without one for 13+ guests. So just figure that amount into your budget when scheduling. Overall 8/10 stars

Owner was very communicative even before we arrived. House was well stocked and a great location right next to the Cabana club but off the main road. Had one issue while there but it was taken care of in a timely manner. Our pup absolutely loved the window on the stairs where he could look out whenever he wanted.

Wonderful vacation!

This was a great house. The views from living and master br were fantastic. House was well stocked and clean. May need a good spraying for bugs, however, bugs are not uncommon for this area. Loved the wildlife and access to the pier. We were disappointed in the food at restaurants that offered dinner. Overall we loved the island and the house and will definitely stay here again.

Paradise

Our family had such a wonderful vacation staying at this property. If you want a slice of Heaven....This is the place for you! First of all, Hank had fantastic communication the entire time and answered all questions quickly and in a timely manner. Second of all, the home was immaculately clean and there were no bugs. This was something I truly appreciated. Third, the views from all four of the porches were breathtaking. Fourth, the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything that we needed for the entire week. Finally, the location is awesome if you have small children. The Cabana Club and the Activity Center were within walking distance. We were so pleased with this property and we loved every minute of our time spent here. We will definitely stay here again! It was truly paradise! Thank you!!!

When you pay what they charge for a week’s stay, you expect that the property would be clean. This house failed miserably. Live cockroach, beetles, spiders and two of us had a flea jump on us from sitting in the same chair. Food on floor between fridge and counter, spider webs in corners of most rooms, sheets that had dog hair on them, coating of dust on fixtures and baseboards that looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Even a Motel 6 is cleaner. Wouldn’t ever stay here again!

This property is exactly as described. All fresh paint and clean. Great views from every balcony. Large area right across the street to walk dogs. It’s on a dead end street so not a lot of traffic. Owner responds very quickly to any questions. We will stay again , only for longer!

Great Location for Families With Dogs!

We were thrilled to find a property with an ocean view that allowed us to bring our dogs. The property is comfortable, well-equipped, and managed by a very helpful owner. The most important consideration for us was getting to bring all of our dogs, so we were pleased with an accommodation that was set up to host a family with dogs - comfortable, clean, but not so finely appointed that we could not relax and enjoy the home. We will plan another trip to Fripp Island, and would certainly stay here again.

Just a small town gal that has made real estate her passion! Debbie sold real estate as a career and has personally purchased, sold, rented many properties in her hometown of Aiken, SC. Fripp is our 'home away from home that we share with our guests. Debbie was the spirit behind the building and managing our Fripp Island house. Unfortunately, she passed away in August of 2018 after a long illness with multiple myeloma cancer. The mgmt of the house has been taken over by her husband Hank.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

There is no place on earth like the SC coast and Fripp Island; the year-round great weather, people and pet friendly beaches, dining, fishing, water sports, festivals. Choosing this place as our second home was easy! Its a quick 2 1/2 hours from our permanent home. We can leave as late as 5 pm on Friday and come home late Sunday evening. It was affordable, it overlooks the Atlantic ocean and we love our little slice of heaven!

Our home is located on a private island, Fripp Island. It is quaint, very little traffic, golf cart cruisin, no neon signs, just down-to-earth lowcountry, ocean charm! Our house has one of the largest front yards in Veranda Beach. You can saltwater fish, crab at the nearby dock in the inlet. kayak, jet ski, cruise the canals, play golf, tennis, and just plain relax to the warm ocean breezes in a Pawleys Island hammock!
