The Neighborhood:

This cabin is set in a peaceful wooded area in Sevierville, TN—just 15 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. You’re only 20 minutes from Dollywood and within 15–20 minutes of multiple National Park entrances. The area features paved roads throughout for easy travel in and out.



Getting Around:

The cabin is accessible via paved roads. While the drive is smooth, we recommend 4x4 for those planning to explore higher elevations or traveling in winter conditions. Three parking spaces are available on-site.

• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin

• This cabin sleeps 4 guests maximum

• Parking available for up to 3 vehicles

• Easily accessible via paved roads

• 4x4 drive recommended only for mountain terrain or inclement weather

• Gas fireplace is seasonal and operates October–March (weather dependent)

• Keurig and regular coffee maker — bring your own coffee

• Charcoal grill — bring your own charcoal

• Starter supplies include paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry detergent

• Preferred method of contact is through the website messenger. Guests agree to use this method, even if messages are sent elsewhere

• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
