The space is bright, clean and comfortable with amazing views from every window. The private guesthouse is less than a mile from the El Camino del Cerro Trailhead, 8 minutes to the Chuck Huckleberry Loop (137 miles of paved bike path) and Interstate 10, 15 minutes to Downtown and just 15-20 minutes to any shopping and dining.

Welcome to Saguaro Bliss! This private guest house is on the edge of the Saguaro National Park West. The area is very peaceful, quite and stunningly beautiful. There is abundant wildlife including mule deer, coyotes, javelina, roadrunners and many variety of birds. The private back patio faces east and overlooks the Tucson valley to the Catalina Mountain range. Perfect for the beautiful morning sunrises and coffee.

The whole house is yours including access to the one car garage. You will be provided a code for keyless entry. The gravel driveway off the paved road is also the access to the main house back gate. There is ample parking in this space for anyone that may be pulling a trailer or a larger vehicle.

Bedroom #1 is a traditional bedroom with a queen Tempur-Pedic mattress with an adjustable smart base. Bedroom #2 is a flex room with a beautiful custom made Murphey Bed with a Cool Gel queen mattress. Enjoy this space for yoga, reading writing or another TV room.

Due to the location, the internet provided is via satellite dish. The speeds are excellent, no problem streaming TV (also cable TV is provided), however note to those who want to "work from home", there is a latency when video conferencing and can experience lag time.

Also note, there is no full size sofa. The living room furniture is La-Z-Boy loveseat and chairs. The loveseat electronically reclines and has USB charging ports.
